Quest hunter but pirates aren't even really played anymore are they? I haven't seen any since nerf
by pirate decks i assume you mean pirate warrior since rogue is in the gutter... anyway naga dh is the best deck against it, quest hunter is favorable, mech mage and mech pally are slightly favorable but yeah pirate warrior isnt really that popular anymore purely cuz of dh, its a one dimensional deck with a very open game plan so people have figured out how to beat it.

I face a lot of pirate rogue and I run C'thun druid. The armor gain and control is just too much for them. Although pirate warrior is kinda eh, cause they're infinite value.

Just run some TECH-W deck with double Golakka Crawlers and double weapon removal or so

Golaka crawler helps a lot in the early game. I've has solid success against them with ping mage. Granted, I'm only at P6 since starting my wild climb yesterday with 4 bonus stars, but the below deck is what I'm using, currently 28-7 overall.
