As long as Quests are in game you can hold off on any Dragon deck
I mean that's not true. lol It's a midrange deck that can win the game on turn 9. Also I haven't been playing too much, but I haven't seen a "quest deck" (Quest Warlock I'm guessing? This isn't losing to quest warrior, shaman, priest or mage) in weeks.

Also I don't really care, it's a theorycraft.
Yes, the only current competitive quest decks are Warlock and maybe Warrior/DH/Shaman... but the Quest landscape can change if the meta somehow slows down and Warlock Quest loses its edge, other Quest decks will come back to compete with rising Control decks.
And I think Priest will receive a Dragon legendary this miniset, so we gotta wait and see.
Quest Priest very popular and will wreck any non aggro or combo deck... I will be trying plenty of Dragon Priest decks, i dont hold much hope though at it being competitive.

Just fooling around with a theorycraft for a spell-heavy dragon priest deck. Probably want to refine it more.

Yeah, if your deck is "fair" then it stands no chance.
Either your deck directly counters a quest deck, or it's an aggro deck faster than a quest deck. - or you don't have a deck.

AFAIK even Warlock Quest is running the midrange flesh giant package and not the burn/self-fatigue plan anyway.
