Have you considered including Kodobane? He is a good combination with Mankrik and with control-y hunter in general. Further, as you said you dont want to face race, I dont really see the point of mankrik + also imprisoned felmaw.
Also, I would cut either Kazakus or Rinlings Rifle as they block each others 4-cost slot.
Lastly, I think Pandaren Importer is just simply a bad card, the poisoneous scorpid would probably fill this role better (epsecially with broomstick)
I'd love to get some opinions from everyone here. Hunter is my favorite class and I want to make a good deck for hunter that isn't face race.
If, by "good", you mean "competitive", face is the only hunter archetype that is fits the bill. Unfortunately.
I'd probably cut Shan'do, Rats, Pandaren, and either Kazakus or Rinling's. Definitely add Barak. Think about adding the quest, just because the stage-2 reward so good, especially with Aimed Shot. Maybe add Teacher's Pets and at least one Jewel of N'Zoth.
One further thought - to say it with the words of Ronald H. Swanson: "Never half ass two things, whole ass one thing."
What I want to say: go either in the Rat king board swarm direction (then Rat king, Shan'Do, Rats OES, Tarantula etc are core) or go the Quest + Spell + Lock and Load etc route and omit the other, respectively.
For example, if you want to go Rat, I am not sure if Prof. Slate does enough for you to be worth including. Instead, maybe Tavish, Leatherworking Kit and Snake trap and the likes could be better.
If you are going quest, however, you of course need all the spells and dont have room for rats

I agree with this sentiment. Your deck looks like it's going two different directions and might not achieve either of them like this.
I made a "rat" hunter deck and it ended up looking like this after a couple revisions. The Rat King actually does not make an appearance but certainly could be fit in here. (I just don't have him :P)
Was basically just trying to maximize the effects of drawing and buffing beasts. Spice Bread Baker in there to try and hold out after mages/warlocks start shooting you with unavoidable damage.
The Rats decks are midrange, which could be real good if we get this meta to slow down some more with another balance patch. As for now you can win some matchups, but not good for climbing.
