Been doing ok with this deck, however it feels like you either get an awesome early board and pray they don't have boardwipes or run out of gas and die.
Suggestions? It def. struggled with card draw, and I haven't found much use for Ironbark (I don't know why I put it in there actually, most of the deck has taunt already).
I thought about maybe Nourish for card draw? or early ramp. But I am really not sure. Also Taelan Fordring feels sort of useless as well.

I wanted Greybough to be a thing, but I think it's too slow to beat control and you'll inevitably be out-valued.
Best games I had with this were going off with Guff Runetotem. Not ideal to build around a 3-drop that you can't tutor, but a little more cheap spell synergy may help. Guidance can find you more cheap nature spells. Solar Eclipse can help in that regard, too.
Maybe try to add late-game value such as N'Zoth, God of the Deep if you have multiple tribes? I think you can add the Taunt minions (that has the All Tribes tag)
Thanks for advice all, I was also thinking maybe dropping Speaker Gidra, I feel like I just never seem to have a good turn to use her with a high enough costed spell to make it worthwhile.
This thread encouraged me to play a taunt druid. I only had to craft Plaguemaw the Rotting. Decided to go heavier on the anti spell side with Robes of Protection x2 and Ogremancerx2. I've had some players just concede because of those cards. All in all, it's been really successfull and i've won more with it than with my Celestial Alignment deck

Seems like you could drop the Ironbarks for Guess the Weight.
Guidance could also be a reasonable inclusion to create value in your hand as opposed to drawing.
I'm not an expert, only play casual mode. But here are my 2 cents.

A good overall option is Far Watch Post. It delays plays and most people scramble to destroy them

Razormane Battleguard allows you to have a potential turn 3 Gold Road Grunt, would def. add this. Other than that you have too many Legendaries and 2-drops. I would only keep Greybough and Plaguemaw the Rotting.

I would add 2x Amalgam + N'zoth in this type of deck for an additional win condition.
I kinda thought that. But it can lowroll with stuff like Thorngrowth Sentries or an uncorrupted Dreaming Drake. There is also an elemental you could add to that deck. Fizzy Elemental.
