Just a shame it’s the same old archetype for years now. So boring. I know you’re playing wild so that’s ok, but for them to bring it back in standard is so so tedious 😜
Hey man thanks for the deck, was bored and decided to do some wild ladder (also had priest quests hah).
From bronze 10 to diamond 10 i did 30 games and had 80% winrate (24-6). Stopped there cause i dont have wild bonus stars and cba another legend grind :)
I did replace a psychic scream (only got 1) with 1 sw:horror which became useful a few times and combos nicely with wave of apathy
Im an only wild player. The meta was never as good as it is, since rez priest disappeared. I have met the deck a couple of times last few days in Diamond. Its the regular boring rez priest, just with new minions. Boring to play against, boring to play.
So far i lost more games then i won against the deck. So i added some tech cards specifically against rez priest.
With the new cards its harder then before to get "unlucky" in the opener..so those sweet moments, where a rez priest did literally nothing and dies aways on turn 5 will get rarer.
I guess some people like the gameplay or maybe just like easy wins...however, i hope it will disappear again...or atleast that the meta doesnt get flooded by it, then its just fine:)
I started playing this deck and it seems insanely strong. It has lots of removal to survive vs aggro and it destroys the greedy slower decks. I even cut Psychic Scream as it is too slow (by the time you have the mana to play it you should have cheated out already 1-2 big taunts) and added a bit more early game removal and Sphere of Sapience (not only helps you draw what you want, but just as importantly helps you NOT draw what you don't want)
I lost easily once to a Mill Rogue, but this is not a serious meta deck. I am not sure which decks actually beat BIG priest...
If you can play both palm readings and have vargoth copy one, it gets out of hand quick. 4 cost spellstone is powerful, especially when you have 1 cost or free res spells.
It's a good deck but far from broken. It's slow and fair compared to real powerhouse decks like Secret Mage and Raza Priest.
It doesn't help that really aggressive decks can reliably beat you (Big Priest is only a slight favorite). Also there's Counterspell and Oh My Yogg! A good player often only needs to disrupt ONE crucial play against Big Priest to win the game. OTK decks also beat Big Priest.
What decks is Big Priest dominating? Only bad decks.
So the deck is slightly favored vs aggro, and more than slightly favored vs slower decks. Sounds like a tier 1, borderline broken deck to me. I think it is only a matter of time until this deck defines the meta in the sense that decks that counter it will rise in popularity and tech cards that counter it (such as Terrorguard Escapee and Zul'Drak Ritualist) will start showing up in some decks
I ran Terrorguard Escapee in my Warlock deck. It worked ok. The good thing is, that you can play it early enough so they cant get shuffled by in your deck, or later in the game you can kill them, since the card is only 3 mana, so you have more options left to play.
Compared to last season i saw much less rez priests tho. Much more Raza Priests again.

is cheating out just Colossus enough to win? No Lich King or Ragnaros or something?
saw the video?
Spoiler: its all you need and cheating blood of g'huun is better
This deck is pretty decent, but it’s far from broken, don’t clickbait people)
are only opinions man, stats are there anyway
nice wild content

Is that a murloc? Yawn....conceede!
I've been giving this deck a go, and after an awful learning streak going 1-5 i won like 9 games in a row.
Its evened out now, but its certainly over 50% winrate at the Diamond ranks.
Thanks for sharing OP

10 games, 50% winrate... didnt move a single star in ranked yet :(
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find meaning in the suffer!
The deck is strong, and funnily not as expensive anymore, not even running Y'Shaarj.
I managed to rush it down with token druid once, and I am not quite sure if it is explosive enough to deal with Raza priest.
I got to legend with Big Shaman recently, but that is more of an anti aggro deck, and I have not seen it in a while.

I face this deck a lot.

For anyone who's wondering what the tech against this deck is, I've seen good results using Mad Summoner. Bad Luck Albatross also does alright
Make sure to have a cheap boardclear the turn you play Mad Summoner or you end up with 14 demons shuffled into your deck :D

I put Big Priest at the bottom of tier 2.
