I'm pretty sure there is an OTK with the new card Pen Flinger. I just need some card recommendations to help build a deck around it. Here's how the OTK works.
First, play Brann Bronzebeard then Pen Flinger targeting your opponents face. Follow this up with a primed Umbral Skulker. Cycle through each coin and replay Pen Flinger for all 6. Shadowstep your Umbral Skulker and do this one more time. If I did the math correctly, this should be about 28 damage. 2 for the initial play, 12 for each six coins, and another 2 for the Shadowstep.
How can I build a deck around this? It would have to be Galakrond related, but what are some other core cards to put in here?
You should include all Invoke cards. Then, I would put Witchwood Piper so you can draw the OTK earlier. Maybe other control cards, taunts, healing and stuff to deal against aggro might be important.
I'd recommend running as few minions as possible in order to utilize Elven Minstrel to tutor your combo pieces. The rest of the deck could be miscellaneous removal/stall/draw spells.
In general you will need quite a bit of card draw. So I'd recommend you also add the stealth package (Skyvateer, Greyheart Sage). The rest should be neutral card draw, taunt and heal cards

Look at MarkMcKz's rogue decks and replace his combo with yours.
Or wait until he does a Pen Flinger OTK and copy the deck. ;)
