Totem Shaman in SA is going to have to choose whether to accept the midrange offerings from the expansion, which would require it to change its playstyle quite a lot, or whether to refuse some juicy low-hanging fruit and stick to its aggro roots, using only a few new cards to become an even faster deck.
I'm interested in the former, but not sure how to start building it. The latter, however, I've theorycrafted:

Personally I think OP's approach to building Totem Shaman deck in SA is much closer to what we will see in play. Totem shaman could never compete with other aggro decks like rogues and DHs and that is why it had to use cards like Surging Tempest, Blazing Battlemage, Beaming Sidekick to help totems stick to board.
This expansion Totem Shaman archetype is getting tools to cheat massive board swings with cards like Tour Guide, Lightning Bloom, Totem Goliath and 0 mana cards, to create full boards from scratch in one turn, which should help dealing with faster aggro decks.

Not sure I want to play with the variance of Trick Totem even if it's an average positive, but other than that your list might just be better than mine. Maybe Surging Tempests instead of Trick Totems?
Im not 100% sure about Trick Totem but its a new card so I wanna test it. These Yogg-like effects can backfire for sure but they are good in average so Im gonna give it a shot.
Runic Carvings is kind of a comeback play. I'd consider 1x Vessina as an alternative. Also maybe Marshpawn in order to generate some more Totemic Might and Totemic Surge?

Poghy how is the totem shaman-ing going? Since Devolving Missiles is like the best card in the meta right now, what should I take out of your list for it?
I feel like this deck is going to become more of a midrange build when the expansion drops.
feedback would be appreciated!
Swap Sludge Slurper for Tour Guide. It won't be a good opener in aggro meta. Overally looks good.
that's how any aggro deck loses by the way.
This space is intentionally blank.
Some more than others. There are aggro decks which can refill their board a few times.

Except for Aggro DH.

sorry for the little off topic,do you think Runic Carvings could be good enough to be added to wild even shaman?

with the new approach of even shaman going for totems probably yes.
I agree with you about rejecting the midrange stuff, its just so slow compared to what the deck wants to achieve. My take on it:
IMO Diligent Notetaker is very good with the 0 mana spells.

I love beating this deck to a pulp
