After having watched an array of streamers playing mediocre decks on twitch yesterday, I have brewed up this monstrosity to counter BIG minion decks as well as be generally good against aggro.
First of all a Paladin deck needs draw if you want to play Librams, because Librams in themselfs are a combo that needs to be acivated. Salhet's Pride is the only option here, but it so happens Pride draws us some useful cards like Pen Flinger and Argent Braggart, as well as more draw.
Decent early game with First Day of School and Aldor Attendant, if opponent plays something big early on, you can kill it with Lord Barov and a cheap minion on board or with Pen Flinger. Lord Barov has the downside of potentially blowing up your own board later, but in certain situations that's still better that leaving up a couple of huge minions.
Midgame: Draw cards and discount your Librams. Once Libram of Wisdom has been played a couple of times, Devout Pupil becomes very cheap or even free to play. A 6 mana 4/5 taunt devine shield NAY. A 0 mana 4/5 taunt divine shield YAY!
Endgame against aggro survive and then smack them with Libram of Hope's taunt. If you survived this long against aggro (which this deck is good at) you don't need a specific finisher.
Assuming Libram of Justice has been discounted to 0 (or even just 1) mana, and your opponent has set up a big, juicy board that you'd want to kill ANYWAY, play the following combo:
Libram of Justice FIRST, then play Headmaster Kel'Thuzad, then Consecration for a potentially game-winning board swing. It's practically a mass mindcontrol consisting of a 3 card combo, 2 of which you want to play in your Paladin deck anyway. Against aggro you could even just tempo HKT out, and if he lives follow up with a Consecration. Hammer of Wrath is in the deck for the same reason, giving you a bit more options for HKT, but it has to be tried, and could be cut.
To sum it up: Libram Paladin is already good at controlling the board and surviving, both against aggro and against control. What it was missing until now is a really big board-swing in your favor. So Headmaster Kel'Thuzad potentially comes in clutch here.

Against control, Headmaster Kel'Thuzad is in the deck for one specific purpose:
