Hi guys, I'm here to create a deck that hasn't been showed up really much in the meta, it is the Control Warrior, kinda of a classic one, but without any card from the Galakrond Adventure. This is the list that I've made and I want some help to make it powerful as possible. Thank you.
### Control Warrior # Class: Warrior # Format: Standard # Year of the Phoenix # # 2x (1) Shield Slam # 2x (1) Sword and Board # 2x (1) Whirlwind # 2x (2) Battle Rage # 2x (2) Loot Hoarder # 1x (2) Slam # 2x (3) Bladestorm # 2x (3) Bloodsworn Mercenary # 1x (3) Livewire Lance # 1x (3) Ramming Speed # 2x (3) Shield Block # 2x (3) Warmaul Challenger # 1x (4) Kargath Bladefist # 1x (4) Magtheridon # 1x (4) Omega Devastator # 2x (4) Restless Mummy # 2x (5) Brawl # 1x (5) Harrison Jones # 1x (8) Deathwing, Mad Aspect # AAECAQcIkAeyCJKfA/WoA9utA9+tA765A7XJAwtL+wGQA6IE/AT/B5+hA9ypA7i5A7u5A/bCAwA= # # To use this deck, copy it to your clipboard and create a new deck in Hearthstone
I think CW with no clear win condition is in a pretty bad spot right now. There are so many decks (rogue, priest in particular) that can generate near-infinite levels of value, and you'll probably have a tough time against hunter and DH without Risky Skipper and Armorsmith.
If you want to play control warrior you will have to play wild, or you will have to accept you won't win a lot. And by that I mean probably a win rate around 30%. You simply don't have the value or the healing/armor ability to win in standard atm. So against the more controlling decks you lose by running out of value against their value generators, and against more aggro and mid-range decks you will die before you can do anything.
Your best bet might be a control oriented quest warrior. Or as I said play wild, where it is more viable
