So I recently crafted the hunter Quest. I've made a budget-ish deck and it was performing moderately well, but now that the ranks reset, I just can't win anymore for some reason. Any tips? When I get another questing exporer, i'll put it in. I know I'm also missing some legendaries but I still think it's a viable deck.

I've played quite a bit of Quest Hunter in the last months. Around January/February it was really fun and effective! As of today, though, the deck has lost its best finisher Combo (Leeroy Jenkins + Unleash the Hounds) and is generally too "straight forward": the amount of RNG and mana cheating in the meta right now (Galakrond Rogue, Embiggen Druid, Highlander Mage) is often too much to overcome for a deck that has "only" a lot of board control through rushes and a very good, but often too slow win condition.
Just to be sure, the Legendaries that should go in and that you may have (obviously I cannot know):
- Veranus (very important for board control with Unleash + Locusts)

I couldn't have made a better analysis... Shu'ma doesn't seem optimal to me but some players do use it. If you do have Halazzi, the Lynx, I would rather use him, he's one of the best cards in that deck (full hand of 1/1 to activate the quest or full hand of 3/1 once activated is nice)

Thank you :)
I also don't like Shu'ma (too slow) and played Flark instead, but if OP doesn't have all the Legendaries, that's still the best option.

Just to be sure, the Legendaries that should go in and that you may have (obviously I cannot know):
- Veranus (very important for board control with Unleash + Locusts)
- Sky Gen'ral Kragg (2 summons + big bodies + rush)
- Zilliax (rotates out in a week)
- SN1P-SN4P (rotates out in a week)
- Boommaster Flark (rotates out in a week)
- Halazzi, the Lynx (rotates out in a week)
Other than that:
- The second Questing Explorer is very important
- You could try 1-2x Tracking to smooth out your draw.
- I'm not a huge fan of Licensed Adventurer, but the body is OK and I'd rather play that than Lifedrinker, for example.
- Bug Collector also is a solid budget option, just because it summons another body and you need to finish your quest as soon as possible.
sorry but, what does rotates out mean? will they leave standard?

Exactly. Therefore, if you don't plan to play Wild Format, don't bother crafting them.
Thank you :)

Hi, thanks for the response.
I don't actually have these legendaries but I will keep an eye out for them. Thanks for the rest of the advice aswell!
