I made a "Big" druid deck with the quest, treant and dragons. I tryed to be original with the idea but the deck still needed to compete with current meta decks. I made the deck work but i dont know.... I have the feeling it misses something in the deck.
Your Choose One spells similarly do not benefit from those cards.
You have only three Dragons, and the subset you've chosen has no particular internal synergy. They are basically just big minions with good effects.
At the very least, I would cut the Dragons to add more of the regular Treant cards, like Mulchmuncher and Garden Gnome.
Maybe Untapped Potential and Treants can fit together reasonably well, but I'm not convinced Embiggen should be a part of it since so few of your cards are actually minions.

The three themes you've chosen to smash together do not synergize at all.
Embiggen doesn't hit your token generators, and Strength in Numbers does not benefit from them.

Its true that I smashed three themes together but the deck does pretty well on ladder.
