That being said I think there are some room for improvements, but also some questionable options as well. The first one that is brought up a lot is Treespeaker. This just never feels like it works out as good especially since they can't attack immediately, and I feel like with Treant druid you need every turn you can for attacking.
I've seen a few people also run Wispering Woods, but I feel like my hand size is never big enough to really take advantage of this. Also more times than not personally Blessing of the Ancients feels sorta dead in my hand. I feel like 99% of the time Savage Roar has been good enough. I've considered replacing these with maybe Wrath or Swipe to have some semblance of board control.
Anubisath Defender also is another card I see only sometimes but it just seems like such an easy drop with so many >5 cost spells.
Any thoughts? Sidenote: When the new expansion releases in 2020...were losing a lot of stuff from boomsday that supports this deck, so I hope we find other options for standard (Im sure we will though since Blizzard is obviously pushing Treant for druid).
Treespeaker is one of those cards that just seems like "wow this is really awesome" but in the end it just never seems to work out. If they had taunt or something that would be one thing. The other thing is yeah they turn into 5/5's but they are no longer treants (So there goes the synergies with Dendrologist or Aeroponics. Plus there are many buff options it's just not worth it (Also it's rotating out anyways next expansion).
Treespeaker has won a couple of games for me. Most times the enemy had just conceded when i blow up 4-5 trents to 5/5 for 20-25 dmg because they have not hav any answer for it.
I’d cut Centarius probably and maybe even a couple other minions like a Dendrologist or a Garden Gnome or the 5 mana taunt that is free when you cast a higher spell. If you had less minions you might be able to fit the 2 mana spell in that puts treants in your hand or the spell that allows you to discover a Druid minion and if you have no minions keep all 3. Maybe take shubadier out for the two little lifesteal minion spell even cause that stuff could get you a wide whispering woods and the other 5 mana Druid taunt costs mana but it also gains health per card in hand. Then you can souls deathrattle on them and have more treants anyway.
like he said above Vargoth. I think most of the new Treant buffing cards excited people but when the meta cleans up and the new wears off it’ll go back To being mostly just a mech based deck where treants mostly come from souls because the mechs like replicating menace and snip plus the magnetizing mechanic make them so much stickier
This is the deck I've been running, it(so far for the past 3-4 days) hasn't lost to anything except shaman, and I've faced every matchup multiple times. I think Anubisath is too slow, wisps is definitely too slow, I haven't tried dendrologist, and cenarius is way way too slow.
Faceless Corruptor is a must in any token-esque deck, which this one is.
And Aeroponics is a must keep in starting hand, it's the best card in the deck by far. I usually mulligan for 1 drop, 2 drop, aeroponics, 3 drop.

I actually haven't played against dragon druid or priest at all, so I don't know those matchups now that I think about it.
I also run zilliax, cenarius is not good without the quest. I’d put in zilliax instead. If you slap a zilliax on a discounted mulchmuncher you heal for 11 that turn and have an 11/10 taunt lifesteal.

I found a lot of times I don't want to clear the board, or only clear big threats. I think zilliax is too high cost for too low stats + too low board presence. I find board presence to be specifically important in this deck.
I didn’t look really hard but I’d probably be using something like this give or take some cards with maybe like Shuma or tree speaker and trying to get most of my treants for the card draw from the deathrattle

A whole lot of sticky to buff with blessing and savage roar

I like this deck, one thing i've noticed is that blessing of the ancients feels sort of dead a lot of the time. As in I either don't really have enough tokens to use it, or im finishing with savage roar but maybe I am overlooking it.
I do like that this deck is able to fit in several spells as an answer to things which is a problem I usually run into. Dendrologist SEEMED like a natural fit, but really half the time i'd rather just discover one of these spells anyways, so it's kind of a wasted card in that fashion.
You are probably right about Anubisath. If anything it just felt like a free taunt that didn't do much of anything. Also true on Cenarius, I really wasn't getting much value out of him.
Thanks! im def. gonna try this deck out tonight.

So i've had ok success so far with "Trumps" version of Treant druid. Mine is ever so slightly modified:

Good call on Treespeaker. It's terrible.
I, too, cut Wispering Woods, but for Power of the Wild. Very happy with the change so far.

I haven't played the archetype yet but Goru the Mightree doesn't convince me.
I like your list, I might try it but testing some stuff like Archmage Vargoth and Sea Giant.

but yeah its not so good that it could be.
