Wanted yours guys opinions if one should craft this deck really looking for a fun deck which it seems to be but also want it to have a alright win rate. the problem is i don't have about 3 legendaries in the deck which i need.
It's a fun deck for sure, and it has a fighting chance against most meta decks, but you're pretty much never favoured to win :) I've played a lot with the deck, and you need to be ready to lose a lot. But if you already have a couple of meta decks and are looking for a fun meme deck, then plot twist warlock is a great choice. Keep in mind, though, that both Dorian (which is IMO a must for this deck) and Godfrey will rotate next April.
I've been playing around with Plot Twist decks for fun. I have been sitting on a ton of dust, so I can afford to craft a few crappy legendaries and epics.
The deck is not competitive past rank 15. It is an interesting challenge to play as there is a lot of room for experimentation.
I don't really understood the point of Rafaam. I think I've played him twice in my most recent 20 games, and won with him one of those times. Playing him means you lose a lot of important cards, and you end up playing one fatty a round after that. Whoo-hoo. If you play with Anubisath Warbringer, you'll lose your buffs. Rafaam is not good against any meta decks; maybe he was good against Bomb Warrior, but that's gone now.

The point of Rafaam is that you can use your hero power to get free legendaries (so you can play more than one per turn) as well as get rid of the corrupted bloods. You're never "forced" to play Rafaam, you use him late game to transform cards that won't matter much in the end game into potential threats. The problem is that you risk getting even more useless cards... But it is fun when it works - I once won againt Shirvalla Paladin because I got two Nozaris :)

I meant that you are forced to play Rafaam once your deck is filled with Corrupted Bloods. That's another reason I'm not impressed with Hakkar in this deck.
Rafaam may be "fun", but most of the decks now have strong late-game plans that can overcome his random legendaries. I now think the stronger play is to overcome your opponent with minions buffed by Anubisath Warbringer while controlling the board with Fel Lord Betrug and spells.
I'm actually looking for a replacement for Rafaam, although he is really fun to have in there.
Once upon a time, reaching back thru history to the ancient decade of the 2000 "oh's" (2000-2009), I met Brian Kibler in the U.S. Nationals tournament and knocked him out of the top 8 in the next-to-last round of swiss. I bring this up both because it makes me feel ancient, and because I actually am on his level or better in Magic: the Gathering, and I do try to win hard even when playing with memes.
Having said all that, I had the cards to make Kibler's Lock deck a month ago, and did manage to keep up with his winrate above rank 5. Despite all expectations, I was thoroughly bored with it.
I know, "bored" was the last thing I'd have expected to be with this kind of deck, but the variance in play is not very wide The mana curve of the deck is such that 9 times out of 10, after turn 8 you will be choosing one card per turn to play in a glacially slow control plan. Otherwise, you are either dominating the opponent by hitting an early Dollmaster/Whelpx2 or some such, or you are dead to aggro.
Speaking of which, you just roll over and die to zoo and murloc shaman. I realize you aren't picking this deck to be at the cutting edge of competition, but if you care about your dust totals, be very careful.
Good luck.

fellow Hearthstoner out
No, if you are not good as Kibler :)
It's not a high winrate deck but it is fun!
So it depends on what you value the most: winrate or fun?
prob better ;)
edit: def not,hahahaha
definitly fun :)
u can sub Rafaam with Archivist, and for Godfrey just use Twisting Nether.
Dorian is kinda unique, dont know if really necessary
Id say Rafaam is a must, Dorian is quite important but can be subbed out, while godfrey can be subbed with twisting

Hakkar, the Soulflayer was terrible, so I took him out. I ended up drawing Corrupted Bloods with Tome of Origination - not a good situation. I get that you're supposed to use Rafaam to get rid of the Corrupted Bloods, but being forced to play Rafaam is usually a bad thing.

ppl waste dust in this kind of tier 5 decks and then complain the game is expensive
LMAO
