With the new balance changes incoming, there are 2 old Shaman cards getting buffed and both of them become strong even cost cards, Wild Even Shaman can consider adding both of them into the deck since they synergize with each other well (Spark summoned by Thunderhead can be transformed by The Storm Bringer). In my theorycraft, I removed all Jade package from the deck since Jade Claws works bad with Likkim which is another core card of overload package, and there's no space for too much 4 cost cards in this deck. Instead, I added 2 Fireguard Destroyer and 2 Zap! as extra overload cards to ensure there're enough overload cards in this deck.
I am not sure if removing the jade package is the way to go. Jade Claws is an amazing anti-aggro card, and Jade Lightning has also packs all-important removal+board presence in the same card. Having played a lot of Even shaman and some overload shaman lately, this deck seems pretty weak vs control especially.
My man if you are so ahead that you can actually spend your entire turn playing a card like The Storm Bringer chances are you're most likely in a very favored winning position already so the card is just extremely a hell of a lot more of a WIN MORE card that really serves no purpose, I would rather just run the good list of Even Shaman and keep winning my games comfortably, thank you.
Thunderhead is is interesting but i am still unconvinced with the Spell.
Thing is, it's a Tempo loss, while Even Shaman is all about Tempo.
If you morph your minions, you will often waste the effort made to build the Big ones.
Imo, if you go for The Storm, one should add Storm Chaser and maybe go full-blown token to maximize it.
The Storm Bringer is considered a win condition when you have enough minions on the board, and losing 1 or 2 big minions or any tempo don't matter that much if your board is already wide to transform that's enough to win the game. Also, big minions on the board would probably lose some health so that they're not going to stay on the board for long anyway, and transforming them isn't a bad thing.
Also, this deck has cards like Thunderhead to fill your board with small minions, so chance of having a wide board that needs that needs The Storm Bringer isn't that low.
Anyway, I think it's worth to try out different kind of new deck ideas, and I would also try to build a new Token Even Shaman as you suggested.
Yeah... no. If you're looking to improve the current even shaman lists with these cards, don't bother. If you just want to try out the new cards in an even shaman sort of deck, go for it! The jade package is far too strong to ever cut in competitive builds.

Of course I can add the Jade package back by replacing cards like Rain of Toads if it really works better. The question is that the Jade package doesn't really work without Jade Claws, and I doubt that if adding both Likkim and Jade Claws to this deck is a good idea since both of them are 2 cost weapons, and Likkim is obviously the key card in the overload package.
