After the introduction of ray of frost and magic trick, we have seen a new archetype of Mage growing up, that make use of sorcerer's apprentice, in burst with a series of cheap spells. The same archetype also has a Wild implementation, with Open the Waygate, but besides the additional powerburst with Time Warp, Wild and Standard Miracle Mage work pretty much in the same way.
This style is reminiscent of the old Miracle Rogue, and some players started calling this new kind of Mage as Miracle Mage. Personally I absolutely like the label, because it is the best description of the deck, both Standard and its Wild counterparts.
HOWEVER, here in Hearthpwn we do NOT have Miracle Mage as a deck archetype, when publishing a new deck.
Some went for TTK Mage, others opted for Tempo Mage.
But clearly the new Miracle Mage is neither, since it does not apply regular pressure (Tempo) nor is it limited to TTK (Alextrasza Mages).
So, I wanted to ask to the community and its staff:
Should we have "Miracle Mage" in the list of Mage archetypes of the Deckbuilder?
miracle mage is still kind of a tempo deck, just with explosions of tempo.
I do think it would make sense to have it as an archetype because there is an obvious difference in the way it plays compared to the traditional tempo mage.
there are plenty of archetypes that have no fitting label on here, give it some time, if it sticks around it'll be added
Sure no pressure, but I'm asking now because it is quite established now, definitely in Wild, and increasingly in Standard.
I mean, we do have archetypes like "Murloc Mage" in the Deckbuilder, that honestly was never a lasting thing in the meta, however funny the idea could be, or "N'zoth Mage".

I tried having fun once. It was awful.

Mmh, I'm sorry about that but... up!
I think this thread deserves a little bit more attention. More than the recent sh1tstorm of repetitive nerf threads at least. :p
Still interested in miracle I see ;)

Haha yeah.
But now, after long, I grasped the concept I think. :p
