Just wanted to share a deck I've been playing and I enjoy as Shaman is a control based overload deck that can keep up to control warrior even in the later stages of the game.
looks alright mate. definitely got the base of something going. our decks are quite similar TBF.
omega mind is probably not that good in this deck. I have heard of people running them, but it's usually in "big" decks I think. I could be wrong though. I just don't see them often in control decks.
don't think you need sloshers mate, as you don't have any really good targets for it early game. ideally you'd use slosher with stuff like zentimo and elektra. you'd also wana be running earthen might.,
you could add those to your deck though, you definitely have the sort of plan here that would support a full mid range elemental package with zentimo, with some control stuff too. (I'm working on a deck like this myself behind closed doors)
this is mine right now. I don't have the epic spell draw cards or the frog totems yet, but mine is like a mid range elemental/overload deck combined with a control deck. it actually works.
If you want to use mine to run beside yours and get some ideas that's cool. Just bare in mind that it's still a work in progress and I change stuff all the time. I'm still testing out various spells, and the only reason I don't have haunting visions and the frog totem in there, is because I don't have them.
it has allowed me however to play a lot more aggressively early game, which in a lot of ways is better than the draw anyway.
Seems veryyyy greedy chef nomi and the bog sloshers seem a little over the top and there’s no reason not to run hecklebot and a second thunderhead
yeah theres no need for nomi at all. you would only ever use in fatigue games and it's just not needed. the sloshers are not needed in this deck neither IMO.
I'd only include them with stuff like zentimo and elektra. they are however amazing in mid range elemental decks. (zentimo is god with earthen might in that kind of deck) the sloshers I mean. I'd never put nomi in this deck.
Actually Omega Mind to me is a must have... Get Hagatha's scheme plus this after turn 10, and it's an easy health refill + board clear. IT has helped me a lot to keep in the game several times. Try it and you'll see
I haven't had problems with that up until now, more so if you get Hagatha on board. You obviously cannot over commit and waste resources, but haven't had an issue with the draw in any of my games yet.

if it works for you man then that's cool. ha ha. I don't have them to test them out so I can't really comment. I just know that you see them more in big decks. If it works for you though then run it for sure. I like to see variety anyway, and having variety also helps throw off your opponent.
I always play with the murloc hero and murloc card back, and try and play my lackie engine card first so it look right up until turn 2 that I am infact a murloc deck.
It's great to play the mind game, you can make them mulligan wrong and even over commit for a nice early game removal.
Cheff nomy is there for the fatigue games against Warriors, and even if they've been able to keep a brawl till the end then you use Shudderwok and you get a second wave of 6/6... That plus Archivists helps a lot in those long fatigue games from what I've tested.
Same for Bog sloshers, they add value no matter what stage of the game you're. You can target anything from a 1/1 to the horror or swamp queen itself for extra value from battlecries minions while buffing them at the same time. They make it fun.
I do agree it is a big greedy, and I did have a second thunderhead for example but I've had to adapt given all the control warriors I've been facing lately, that early game did not sustain when they have so many removals at their disposal.

I understand why you have nomi as I had thought of the same thing. if you're facing a lot of control warriors then it might be worth it. I was just thinkng that if you are not in these games a lot, then the card would be dead. I mean you're unlikely to draw all your cards Vs. aggresive decks is all I meant.
It's actually a solid idea.
and yeah, bog sloshers are always going to be good. I love the card. I just reckon they're better in a proper mid range elemental deck with zentimo and elektra where you can get them back in hand to use again. Also earthen might becomes amazing amazing when you can play it on 3 elementals at once and get 3 elemental cards to hand.
(This is actually a deck I'm working on, but I don't have zentimo or elektra yet, so it is just theory craft)
EDIT: it would be beautiful to get a shudderwok replay nomi's battlecry though. are they are elementals as well so have synergy with stuff like zentimo into earthen might. best would be elektra into cold blood though. that would be pure evil.
check this mid range deck out mate. this is the sort of thing I was talking about with zentimo. I would probably be running elektra in it as well. this isn't my version though. just an example I found to show you.
I'm really into my shaman decks at the minute and these kind of aggressive mid range decks are flying under the radar currently.

It looks good man, but I'm personally more into control than mid range or aggressive decks (although I must admit that playing against control warrior with the hero is boring AF, because they too wait until I have something in the board to play against it)
Having said that I understand the concept, although I'm not so sure how effective it could. Be in the current meta other than token druid that swarms the board, I personally haven't encountered that many decks that end up with lots of minions in the board as to have Zentimo and all its shenanigans be actually useful but that is just my opinion. Besides Iven been able to get the Storm Bringer and rain of toads from Hagatha or hagatha horrors in my control deck which ends up doing what you're trying to do. I guess what I like the most of the deck is the versatility it provides, it's not such a linear type of deck, and that makes it fun for me at least

in this kind of version, zentimo can be used to get big buffs as well though.
it would need elektra as well IMO, and what you'd do is have 2 minions on board (preferably elementals) play elektra in the middle, play zentimo and then play earthen might on elelktra.
it will cast it 2 times each on all 3 of them and also give you 6 elemental cards if all 3 were elementals.
I can't test it, but I assume it will work.
it's a niche play, but something that would be amazing to do.
Imagine playing a shudderwok with those battlecries in it's repertoire. I imagine you will get 6 x times earthen might buffs on stuff on the board at the time. or at least 3 as you might just get the 3 that elektra did with her battlecry come to think of it.
