Plot twist warlock, there is a lot of synergy going on about drawing cards, plot twist allows you to activate those synergies multiple times, sadly probably losing hard to aggro hence the early taunt inclusions.
I'm not sure about the interaction between Immortal Prelate, Recurring Villain and Da Undatakah. If it resummons a buffed Undatakah, then it would be way too broken! But even if it doesn't, Recurring Villain can still shine in this deck with many buff spells. We will see.
This one I think is gonna be a meta deck for sure. Inclusion of a burgle package will bring a lot of fun. Also the new weapon + Leeroy will deal 16 damage on turn 8. Chief Nomi might also make it into the deck, but I think it's too reliant on getting Myra.
A value-oriented control shaman. Many good control classes (Defile and Guldan for warlock, Duskbreaker and Scream for priest, Spreading plague for druids) basically die out in RoS, I think only warrior and shaman can play control.
These + 1 druid deck + 1 wild warrior deck for now, you set 3 decks rule so i couldn't put them here :D

Memedeck-seeker. Always tries to build new decks. Hates tournements, streamers, netdecks and poor-o players. ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!
hehe indeed you can exchange them with Lost Spirit or Hench-Clan Hogsteed but don´t underestimate them! Cho can be an anoying beast and you can sacrifice him. Also you usually don´t have usefull spells for your oponent. I would try it ;-). Look at the sacrifice potential.
There may come a point where a more robust dragon package comes into this deck as it transitions from a mindless early game aggro to something more interesting. But this is where I'm starting.
Play Lucentbark, play Deranged Doctor and then play recurring villain. When you play Undatakah later in the game, Undatakah gains this deathrattle: Go dormant. Restore 5 health to awaken this minion. Restore 8 health to your hero. If this minion has 4 or more attack, resummon it.
So if played in this order, every time Undatakah dies, he comes back to life, heals your hero and brings an clone of himself with him. And if Lucentbark is dormant while he dies the first time, he brings an 4/8 Taunt with him.
Could this be viable or not? I could use some opinions.
My first theorycraft will be a Khadgar-enchanced Flamewaker deck (in my signature).
The idea here is that Mirror Image fuels the Flamewaker, and is improved by Khadgar on the other side, producing quite several taunt tokens for low mana cost.
On top of that, I added Fungalmancer and Polymorph: Boar, to turn the tokens into threatening bodies, even if you fail to draw the Wanker guy (but the deck contains enough card draw for that purpose).
It's basically an Aluneth Mage, weaker against Midrange, but stronger against Aggro. I know because it's already playable. Khadgar and Magic Trick will just make it better.
I personally want to play Control Rafaam Warlock, but I haven't figured a good list for myself. Anyway here are some theorycrafts, which will pop up next expansion:
I am surprised there isn't such thread yet, the deck builder contains all the cards.
Try to limit yourself to max 3 decks per post to avoid long pages..
I will start

Heal druid version 1.0
Currently thinking about a version that uses Undatakah.
Here is the Undatakah version:
So the combo i came up with goes like this:
I fear the combo itself is unreliabe but the deck can work due to good synergies.

Here is a fun deck centered around Mana Cyclone:
