Hello, I'm a new player, I started about two weeks ago, been mainly playing arena to get experience, now I want to craft an affordable budget deck which would be fun and competetive, is it possible? I have 2100 dust and some common/rare cards from the new expansion.
In my opinion Whizbang is the bests option. 18 Decks which are mostly good enough to reach high Ranks. The random factor makes it a bit hard but you could try it.
Whizbang can be a decent craft: you'll have 2 decks for each classes, totalling 18, only occupying a single slot. You'll get to experience a decent deck for all the classes. The bad side: you can't choose which one to play. And competitively... I don't know, you're probably too new and you'll start at rank 50. You can probably climb all the way to 25-20 without crafting anything.
The classical Midrange Hunter can be useful too, it doesn't use epics or legendaries.
Don't know if you know but here are more tips:
- Do the Knights of the Frozen Throne prologue (in the Adventure tab). It'll net you a free Death Knight card. I don't remember if winning a few games at the other adventures will still net you a few packs.
- You're guaranteed a legendary in the first 10 packs max of any given set (only once, after this the max timer goes to 40, though there is no minimum). So buy one pack at a time for a given expansion and open them until you hit a legendary, then switch to the next set until you do it for the six sets currently in play.
