(It's pretty much an exact copy of what you typically see when searching budget decks, I think i've maybe made one or two minor changes).
Anyways, with Rastakhan out there are some decent cards that IMO might be worth swapping out and wanted to get some opinions: (I don't mind crafting some things, would would rather avoid crafting Epic/Legendaries that are going to rotate out in 2019, more specifically legendaries)
Cards I think I can remove:
Volcanic Burst: Honestly I don't get as much use out of this as i'd want, I'd like to maybe swap it for [[Totemic Smash]]. Considering I don't really use VB for my bloodlust turns it seems the obvious swap
Mana Tide Totem: Currently I have two, I generally don't end up using both it seems like, maybe swapping one for a legendary of some sort (Suggestions?). some ones I like are: [[The Storm Bringer]] (Sort of a "Psuedo-bloodlust"), [[Krag,wa, the Frog]], [[Thrall, Deathseer]], [[Electra Stormsurge]]
Storm Chaser: I understand why it's in this deck (For bloodlust mainly) but i've not ever in a single game NOT had bloodlust when I really needed it (Which is usually around turn 4-5 anyways). This opens 2 replacements.
Giggling Inventor: With the nerf I think this can be replaced, I've been running [[Rain of Toads]] which seems to fulfill the same gap (But cheaper and IMO better). Yeah they don't have divine shield but statwise IMO they are better (and it's 1 mana cheaper). Unless anyone else can think of something better.
Primalfin Totem: Honestly as much as I like this card, it seems to just get targeted quickly....So to me it ends up being 2 mana for a 1/1 (and I suppose you could consider it a 0/3 "Taunt", since they feel obligated to kill it). So maybe im underestimating it?
[[Haunting Visions]] Seems just like a badass card to have but maybe it has no fit in here.
Things this deck has trouble with:
Removal: Especially BIG minions or taunt minions, having a hex or two maybe isn't a bad idea.
Wide Boards: If someone summons like...5-6 decent sized minions, I usually feel basically fucked. I mean I CAN bloodlust and usually kill the board but I sort of lose all my tempo. Maybe having a [[Lightning Storm]] isn't a bad idea?
Im still not great at the game but this deck has served me well. I have a lot of dust but honestly am not seeking to be legend or anything like that, so i'd like to keep suggestions at least "somewhat" budget minded.
I would replace one Stormchaser with Earth shock, I would also cut down Bloodlust, since 2x Bloodlust is actually alot. Atleast in my experience, just try it. Not sure what to replace with that one... Go figure it out.
I'm also playing token shaman only this expansion, except it's entirely different playstyle, it has many low mana spells and Spirit of the Frog with some great techs, it still need some fix but it went well.
Here's my deck, don't craft it yet as it still needs some adjustments.

Let me tell ya, my deck is really good at something what your deck can't do (in comparison). It's all about playing spell, then gain many draws from spirit of the frog. If I dont have the spirit of the frog, I usually just play normal game without it and gain some value from menace elemental and earthen might, and also big bad voodoo does have a pretty good deal. I have board clear, I have great tempo from Feral Spirit, I have good tempo minion like Wartbringer, I have so many good things that you're lacking of.
And best of all, My Zentimo can buff three minions with the spells in deck, oh yeah... I have added with one windfury into my deck, with bloodlust and triple windfury from Zentimo... I have easily gained the victory with this deck. Also Mojomaster Zihi stops your opponent's peak such as Zul'jin.
You need to realise that this deck is supposed to win with tempo and win fast. Your win condition is controlling the board first and foremost and finishing the opponent with bloodlust fast, no need for Hex and other crap, no need to make the deck good at something that it is not good at. if you depleted on resources or behind on board just face it and concede. The deck is similar to Odd Paladin, it doesn't run heavy removal etc, it plays to its synergies.
This is the list I've been playing a little. Great synergies all over the place.

Yeah that's true, I mean im winning MOST of the time TBH but I just have problems when the player does a big board clear once or twice or creates a ton of minions themselves. (especially taunt ones)

You see, you are winning most of time, but not all decks can win everything. Every deck has it's own way, but if you want to win really good against certain archetypes, I suggest you to try others' deck, it's simple. Not all classes are flexible, token shaman relies on buffs like flame tongue and Bloodlust but has no board clear, it's clearly has it's weakness like he said. You can't add such tech like Lighting storm to your deck, you're going to be overloaded and lose tempo.
Well, if you have enough dusts, try out another shaman decks and see how it works.
I like the idea of evolve/token shaman maybe? Like throwing in the evolve epics (and that one legendary card that turns your minions into legendaries).
Not sure if that would suck though.

So im a super casual player, but i've had super great success with my budget token shaman deck:
