I was looking at tier lists today to see where miracle rogue lies. I discovered that Bloodmage Thalnos is being left out of the list(s). Any reason why? Should I still craft him for my miracle rogue deck?
You can probably hold out on crafting him. I think the main reason he's not used right now is because Miracle is much more minion oriented, at least the version I've been playing. I've got 2 Fireflies, 2 Thugs, 2 SI7, Eddie, and 2 Questing Adventurers for early minions, plus Striders for tempo and late game. When Thalnos was played the deck was more combo-y, you were trying to find your win cons which you didn't have a ton of. Now you've got a bunch of minions and Elvish Minstrel to dig for them. And Thalnos plus Fan of Knives probably isn't all that great right now since most of the time you're killing silver hand recruits.
To add to what Jeepers has said I've found Pyromancer to be really solid in rouge to still give that extra damage when needed but also allow for more aggressive plays. It's worse card for card when used as a board clear but it's better aggressively and the deck has more threats now as a whole.
