You let go of too many things. Like you lose a lot of hp and cards because of deal damage and discards. You should add the warlock spellstone to regain that hp and deal damage. You cant just win off minions. You need good spells. Like defile.
You have too many 1 drops! I know its zoo but try balancing it out. You can see the cards when you get your mouse at the top hero icon when youre building a deck.

This is the exact deck I used to make legend the last two months. I know that a few of the cards have rotated out (Malchezaar's Imp and Darkshire Councilman - this one really hurts), but, you do not need spells necessarily. I've tried with and without the spellstone, and I prefer just going full minions, going for value trades (making it more of a "tempo" deck). 14 of the cards were 1 drops. But they're all necessary, I'd say.
Try to tinker with this deck. I tried to refrain from posting it for as long as possible lol, I'm really not trying to shamelessly advertise the deck here. I haven't tried playing with it too much yet since rotation, mainly because I've been a bit busy, but I think it can still find a place.

Someone suggested playing arena to build up your collection. Unless you are moderately skilled or better at Hearthstone, I recommend just spending your gold on packs.
I've been playing HS for almost 2 years now and just recently have been able to break even in the arena format. If you're good (really good) it can pay off, otherwise a pack is 100 gold well spent for newer players.

You do realize that this deck of yours that you are suggesting, even with tinkering with it as you said... it just doesn't work.
Prince Keleseth lends itself towards aggressive decks because it means you can front load all of your minions upfront. The fact of the matter is that with loss of Malchezaar's Imp and cards such as Possessed Villager you are looking at a deck that lost quite a lot in regards to 1 drops. Because Soulfire is no longer deal 4 damage for 1 mana because of the cycling effect from the Imp. Now it is a case of being pure burst but where's the rest of the damage going to come from?
You have lost Darkshire Councilman so now you don't have access to a big minion to drop on turn 3 that can deal a significant amount of damage and Prince Keleseth limiting your ability to play 2 drop minions, your power turns need to be turn 1 and turn 3.
Furthermore you say that you don't agree with Bloodreaver Gul'dan because you can draw it early and lose it. Well if you lost it then you lost it playing something which mattered more, but it itself won't be preventing you to not play cards on turn 2. Prince Keleseth on the other hand will prevent you to do so whether you draw it late or early. And without powerful turns to exploit the +1/+1 buff on turn 3 and forward, the most powerful card in this entire list is Saronite Chain Gang and... I'm sorry but no, not worth cutting out some of the most powerful cards you could run for the sake of having 2 3/4s on turn 4 'some' of the times.
This is an aggressive deck that would have to compete with other decks such as odd-hunter. Odd hunter has the power of a 3 damage hero ability and losing out on basically nothing.
What does this deck gain? If you genuinely have an answer to it, I would love to hear it because I don't see it. It has no reload ability, it doesn't have sticky minions in a world where AoEs are plentiful and powerful. It lacks a killing potential without killing yourself in the meanwhile. How would any version of this deck of yours function between Voidlords, Ballista Shot and 3-4 damage AoEs?
The only way I could see it happening is by having a card that can rebuild an entire board, stabalize yourself and allow you to kill your opponent. Previously that was Bloodreaver Gul'dan and I don't think that has changed, at least not when talking about Zoo and not Aggro Warlock.
Yeah I know that losing Darkshire Councilman sucks haha. I updated the deck though.
I haven't faced too many odd hunters at legend rank, but I understand that they would ruin me.
I still have success against paladins if I can draw early taunts, and of course Despicable Dreadlord ruins them.
One time I had a dream draw where he couldn't deal with Glinda Crowskin who had the Keleseth buff, and I froze his entire board with Glacial Shards haha.
Anyways, the deck does work. And it deals with paladins quite wonderfully. Yes hunter will probably beat you. But you can beat warlocks too, especially since they've lost N'zoth. And if you silence the first Possessed Lackey the win rate jumps up significantly.
I'm just going by personal stats too. I've played the deck, and I've won lots with the deck. I still don't really like Bloodreaver Gul'dan, but that's just a personal thing.
I should also say I'm still tinkering with it. Haven't played toooo too much because I've been busy, but it's still finding success in the limited games I've got with it.
Edit: Usually I'm against shamelessly posting these in random threads. But you keep shooting my ideas down even though I've made them work haha. Another reason zoolock really works is I believe people mulligan hard for silence and whatnot, expecting cubelock, so that really works out for me.

Hm... I guess that could actually be a real thing, I still have a hard time believing in it quite as much as I believe in Bloodreaver Gul'dan but that might just be my own bias talking.
I might try the deck if I manage to open some more of the cards that I'm missing for the deck as I don't think I want to craft all the cards for it otherwise. But yah' it actually seems kinda reasonable, albeit I don't play at legend and thus' face a lot more varied decks (including odd hunter) but yah', I think this version 'might' work altho' I personally still believe more in Bloodreaver Gul'dan but once again, that's a bias of my own.
On the point of showcasing your own decks ... as long as they make sense to showcase, I don't think it's a bad or wrong thing to do - your own or others. If it's just promoting for the sake of promoting with no real actual content that's contextually relevant to the thread... yah', that's a different thing. A bit like folks promoting their own decks in their Signatures which is fine I guess but it's far from the personal touch a Signature ought' to have in my opinion.
But yah', I think I can believe more in this deck that just the idea of tinkering with the one you previously listed.
all these ideas are great, thank you so much.... but i dont have dust or money irl i cant get those leggys

haha yeah ive been playing hearth for 4 years now and ive only ever got 6 on areana
i suggest you watch a bunch of high level players play the game and talk about it etc so you can get a better grasp on everything. and view highest win rate decks, the current meta, understand which cards are good against what etc. once you obtain a good game knowledge making it to rank 5 will be childs play
Deck has like no good matchups right now (besides Shudderwock shaman). Aggro pally gets the board too quickly, cubelock has early clears that'll stall until they get Voidlord out and taunt druid seems like a pretty tough matchup unless they draw terribly. Plus every other deck is running extra clears because of paladin.
If you're looking to get consistent wins I'm not sure this is the deck to do it with.

Honestly just slowing down has helped me climb. The best play for you may also be the best play for your opponent to exhaust your resources. Just try to learn the popular deck lists, keep track of popular decks near your rank with a deck tracker of some sort or Vicious Syndicate or something. Play like you know what they have and win!
