I also like Glacial Shard in my decks. It's not completely necessary. But it's useful.
Saronite Chain Gang is great in zoo, especially the Prince Keleseth zoo. Maybe better than Defender of Argus, but there is room for both in the same deck.

Would Also cut sanguin and Kelseth. When not playing 2 drops in zoo you loose a lot. Direwolf, knifejuggler...
i spent all my dust on kelseth. :(
Don't give up on Keleseth. He's one of my favorite legendaries in the game right now. Especially in zoo. Traditional zoo decks are less fun to play in my opinion haha.
Another thing you'll need in this paladin meta is probably 1 or 2 Tar Creepers. Very solid taunt cards.

Then I'd recommend going into the arena to build up your collection, learn more how to play the game and for a way to get more bang for your buck if you are that short on dust and most likely gold.
Basically here's the thing about Zoo now'a'days:
It plays a lot more powerful demons and also play Bloodreaver Gul'dan as an endgame goal of bringing back a board full of demons and having a 3 damage hero power that really puts a clock on the opponent. The thing is... Zoo is not good against Cubelock for the most part and from what I have gathered so far it's not good against Odd hunter and with my own personal testing it's not good against other more unconventional decks like odd-priest.
It is slower than something like dude paladin (both odd- and non-odd versions of the deck) and I really can't see the deck beating combo shaman either with all of their AoE and healing.
Basically here's the thing... Prince Keleseth is not a bad card but the decks that he would be played in currently doesn't work all that well. You sacrifice a significant amount for very little to no gain in most circumstances which means that you won't have all the tools that you do need to face off against the more powerful decks that are around.
Not to mention without knowing how you play personally, I don't think anyone can give you any real advice because ... between playing a not great deck and judging by you coming to a forum saying "ok no why am i not winning. this is the deck" I don't think you are even good enough that a lot of this would matter. My suggestion is go and watch some folks like Firebat on Twitch or Youtube, watch some of TrumpSC's old free-to-play runs and teachings videos and then build a collection through playing arena. I don't think there' much if actually anything else that can really be done unless you are looking for coaching but... I have a feeling that's not what you are after once again with your original post just saying "ok no why am i not winning. this is the deck".
No offense meant to any of this but there's so much that's just wrong with that approach and like I said, between the deck and having no idea how good or bad you are as a player... not much one can do to help exactly.
just so u know im not a good player and i do watch alot of firebat/trump and ive had the game since gvg but never won arena after like 200 trys. so yea
I still think zoo-lock with Prince Keleseth is stronger than without haha. I can't pilot non-Keleseth lol, and I find it boring (as I mentioned), but the Keleseth deck just performs so much better.
I disagree wholeheartedly with using Bloodreaver Gul'dan. Why? If you draw him early, dead card. Not only that, he gets discarded more often than he gets used.
The Devilsaur Eggs are not good in a zoo deck, you can take those out. You can take out at least one Defender of Argus. Probably take out one Ravenous pterrordax.
Edit: Also, you probably need Leeroy Jenkins as the alternate finisher. I forgot to ever mention that he is also key to a lot of my zoo wins.

if i take out egg i should take out perradax. also spellbender or iorn beak? also dont have leeroy or dust
Yeah I figured you wouldn't have Leeroy. He's almost necessary as another finisher though. I guess you could try to get by with Argent Commander (more versatile than Reckless Rocketeer in my opinion).
I prefer Spellbreaker, and I think most people agree, but either one works honestly. Spellbreaker's just better because he has more health so he can trade better with silver hand paladins. If you're facing a lot of cubelocks I could even see why someone would add a third silence to the deck haha. If you can silence the first Possessed Lackey though, you should be able to win anyways.

It is zoo ^^

You don't have removal, no control cards. You can't keep your zoo alive.

Skelemancer doesn't fit in zoo lock. Ravenous Terrordax isn't great either (though I guess it's okay with the Egg, but I don't like that either).
You need Despicable Dreadlord, especially since every second match is a paladin right now.
Duskbat is slow if you don't have that blood witch lady. Even with, it's a bit slow, especially for zoo.
You need silence to get through taunts to finish the enemy.

An alternate finisher card is Fungalmancer. Very good if you can get it on to a Saronite Chain Gang.
