So over the course of this month, I've opened Sonya Shadowdancer, Malygos and Preparation and before that I opened Valeera the Hollow. It's like blizzard is trying to tell me something but I don't know. All the decks I've browsed on this site don't seem competitive in the least. My own version of maly rogue prior to the opening of sonya looks and plays like crap. Can anyone recommend a deck is at least 2/3 of these legendaries to play competitively or should I just dischenchant them for a deck like Zoolock?
I wouldn't disenchant them. I think you're better off saving powerful legendaries that have the potential to be great cards later on and playing a cheap version of zoolock. You can play budget zoo without Guldan and I'm not even sure if it's worse at all.
what i've learnt from hearthstone is never to dust Malygos. Otk decks with Malygos come and go but every expansion trying this decks is cool. Especially for Priest class, but Rogue Otk Malygos was also a thing once, and maybe can become again.... And Sonya will have so much potential, she will basically be broken with the right cards next expansion. no need to dust them. Also if you want the meta decks and the cards that will go to wild check this
First things first, if you download InnKeeper, you can upload your collection to this site. It makes it a lot easier for you (and everyone else) to help with deck construction/finding a deck if we see what cards you do have.
But as to your original question, don't disenchant anything! Those cards are all useful, have seen some play in their history, and I would be very surprised if they were never useful again. Although Maly Rogue isn't very competitive right now, but here's one I found on the site that worked fairly well for me. (only played 10 games with it, although I substituted Umbra for a second Razorpetal.)
Another big thing to consider is, what rank are you? Ranks 20->15 you can play anything. 15->10 gets a bit trickier, and from 10->5, I personally recommend playing a faster deck (midrange hunter, tempo rogue, etc).
I've had a great deal of luck with Jade Rogue. Sonya Shadowdancer and Valeera the Hollow play to great effect in the deck, as well as Spiritsinger Umbra Kibler played a Jade Rogue just the other day to great effect, although he played it as a tempo deck, not the value decks that I personally enjoy.
My personal favorite is C'thun Rogue, but that is a very suboptimized archetype that doesn't do well at all in the current meta, and I don't recommend crafting anything for it, despite it being an incredibly fun deck to pilot.
Tl;dr
Keep your cards. Malygos isn't the best right now, but it's definitely still viable. Depending on your rank, different decks will be better then others. Post your collection online so you can better find decks on the site.
Most of all, have fun with the game! If you're tired of facing standard decks, don't be afraid to take the wild road. MalyRogue is much, much better in Wild.

Here's another Jade Rogue deck, that seems a little closer to what I've been playing recently. (15->10)
