It looks like you're caught between an elemental value deck and a freeze deck, which means it's not good at either. I'd cut the freezing cards and add more elemental cards, to start
What is your gameplan? You look like a bit of a big spell deck but with too many small spells, a bit of freeze mage, a bit of elemental mage and so on. Decide what you want to do and focus on it instead of going all directions at once.
For example, you are only running 5 elementals, which seems way too little to fuel 3 pay off cards, you are running Alexstraza but Ice Barrier over Ice Block and so on.
I would go for a big spell mage deck with the start you have, cut all the cheap spells, cut the elemental dudes except Artificer, cut the Darkness(honestly, that card is terrible in your deck) and add utility and big spell synergy like Dragoncaller Alanna, Dragon's Fury, Sorcerer's Apprentice, Medivh, the Guardian and so on.
You can also go different directions, but decide on a single plan instead of doing a bit of everything.

How on earth do you combo The Darkness with Alexstrasza ? Those cards have absolutely no direct interaction with each other. For Darkness you need to make your opponent draw cards, Alex doesn't do that.

I would start by getting rid of The Darkness, Ice Walkers, spellstone, and add in 2x Doomsayer, 2x Arcanologist. Next, I would cut The Lich King and maybe a Servant of Kalimos to add in 2x Tar Creeper.
Oh and swap Ice Barriers for Ice Blocks. If you can't afford these changes, post your collection and I'll attempt to make a more informed recommendation.

Darkness can only work if played late game cause then ur opponent would have used his removal spells such as Syphon Soul if it's a Warlock. This means u need to survive until fatigue. Use Ice block doomsayer etc. Its a must have cards with a big spell mage. Drop the elements aswell
Take out the Ice Walkers, Spellstone, Ice Barriers, the darkness and frost novas, put cards like arcane intellect, novice engineer, loot hoarder and sticky minions
I run a similar deck, that on the surface, looks like a hot mess ... but it works. Quite well actually. It wrecks the Aggro / Secret mages that are so damn popular right now, will beat Aggro Paladin as long as they don't God draw you right off the start (survive to Turn 5 or more, and you got it made). It also is at least a coin flip with Spiteful priest and warlocks.
The basics of the deck are to use Plated Beetle, Mistress of Mixtures and Pyros for some early game board, armor, and health. Essentially, the plan is to survive until Turn 5 or better, then switch to Artificer with Blizzards and Flamestrikes ... clearing the board, and building armor. The deck also runs Dragon's Fury for additional board clear.
As the final punch, you have Jaina and Pyros, and I tossed in N'Zoth for now. It can be pretty devastating if you get the 2/2 and the 6/6 pyros back, and your beetles.
Sorry, I cant post the deck .. Im at work with no access to the game right now.
But, the point is .. you can have more than one thing going on, but try to have a clear path for all those things.

Remove The Darkness, Lesser Ruby Spellstone, and Ice Walker.
Add Ice Block, Arcanologist, and Primordial Glyph.
No draw, Darkness, Ice walkers...
Just play standard big spell mage and change some cards if you want

If you're going to run frost nova and blizzard, you should be running doomsayer.
You might want to install Innkeeper and make your collection public so people offering advice can see what cards you have when making suggestions.
