The title speaks a lot as I've not played in a LONG time and thus really only have standard cards (and not even all of them, heck, not even close to all of them). I have a few beyond that as I bought Naxx and finished it on normal, and maybe a very small handful of cards from a couple other expansions, but that's about it.
To start with, I'm not really set in stone for any class at this point. I can learn, and am willing to do so, if I can find ideas, good suggestionsl, websites, etc, that have information and/or helpful ideas/strategies for all of the classes. With that said, CURRENT info is better, obviously; as the metas always change with any type/kind of nerf/buff (yes, I realize most often this will be a nerf, and I have no problem with that). Currently I've been using mostly all standard cards, and am wondering about numerous things here (which I'm sure have been discusses previously at length, so if a link will suffice, then by all means do only that :) ).
My main goals are this:
Learn more about each class so I can use a deck from any of them to play and feel comfortable (if this is not smart and I should focus on only a few, let me know your thoughts and why). Thanks!
Reach Rank 20-15 (higher is cool, but I have a life and this is a game so I'm being realistic) each month.
Do at least 1 daily quest every day on average.
Acquire a new pack at least every 2 days (see below).
Here are my questions regarding suggestions:
What are the best (CURRENTLY - Feb 7, 2018) expansions to spend my coins on when I buy those 100 coin cost packs to get cards? I assume the oldest first til that one cycles out and is gone? If that's not smart, please let me know. Thanks!
Are there any sites/links (I do use Innkeeper app and this site, obviously) that are actually able to suggest cards to put into decks to use in place of other cards I may not have due to my previous less than stellar time put into this game? Thanks!
Barring the previous point, are there current decent cards I can craft with the limited amount of dust I currently have (only about 1300 total - again, due to my less than stellar time put into this game previously) that would be of at least a decent amount of help?
Thanks a whole helluva lot in advance for any info ya'all might have! I really do appreciate it!
Btw, my collection is visible for those that may have specific suggestions to help me advance further towards my goals. :D
I'm too lazy to read it all but it seemed to me that you wanna craft some strong decks Well, there's an expansion coming on the next 2 (3?) months, so i guess that the best thing you could do by now is create a cheap "farming" deck and gather gold for the expansion, cuz well, everything can change, so you better just wait Hope i wasnt that useless

Nothing is useless in way of suggestions at this point. As I stated, I've not played in a LONG time. Only just now getting back into it.
So thanks! Everything will be taken as useful information and I'll just prioritize everything based on my time I have to play, basically. :D
If your willing to spend real money, the mammoth card pack deal may be a good choice. For $19.95 ou will get 10 packs from Ungoro, Frozen throne, and Kobalds. You should get a legendary out of each of the releases if you havent opened packs from them before Frozen throne was released.
Realistically, I would save my gold for the next expansion and fill in from the last releases when you need them. Also head over to solo play and do the Frozen throne prelude for a free death knight card before opening Frozen throne packs.
fill in from the last releases when you need them.
What's that mean exactly? The most recent first or the oldest releases first? Also, how do I tell what I need at this point (this kinda goes into the last section of my points.)?
The problem is, that after the first release next year the meta will shift drastically. Key cards from the 2016 sets will no longer be in standard. Some top decks will no longer be in standard. So saying whats necessary from the 2017 sets is kind of hard because that may rely on 2016 cards. At this point, unless you play wild, dont craft cards from the 2016 sets.
There are no quick fixes to collection building other than spending a boatload of real cash. The problem you face is should you look to the future and save for the next expansion or continue to chase your tail? You will not be able to get the past packs and the new ones on gold alone. Your choice. Me, I would look to the future and craft what I need from the past.
I'd also suggest to save both dust and gold until next expansion, which will also involve rotation.
Actually, having limited resources is a good situation to learn, since you will have to adjust your deck with substitutions. Playtest will will make you learn what is a good choice and what is not and why.
Rank20 is pretty straightforward with any collection, rank15 requires some more effort, but still plenty reachable with cheap decks, and in a few hours of gameplay.
I would suggest you to start from Aggro Hunter and Zoolock, which are generally cheap at their base, and adjust according to your collection, but without crafting anything at the beginning.
Play your dailies and systematically farm gold. Next expansion you can plan better and more wisely.
You can even stay in Wild to make the most out of your collection.
You can't say 'what cards should I craft' especially at a time like this. Key cards from old expansions such as Kazakus for Singleton decks, Sleep with the Fishes, and literally every jade card is going to be rotating out in August (presumably). At this time, there will be the least expansions in standard ever, with only Un'Goro, Frozen Throne, Kobolds & Catacombs and whatever is the next expansion. Ideally, you want to get an idea of 'good cards' at that time, simply because there are just so few cards. I highly recommend crafting mainly from the Kobolds & Catacombs expansion, or any of the 2016 ones. Because if you invest in legendaries from other sets, they will move into wild, and you don't get extra dust for them going into wild (unless you want to play wild, not saying it's a bad thing). Additionally, a lot of key cards got nerfed recently, so unless you main Cube and Controllock (both of which are ridiculously expensive btw), you might want to wait around for a bit before judging.
Additionally, I also had the same issue. I played since The Grand Tournament and then stopped in Wrath of the Old Gods for school reasons. I restarted back in Un'Goro, and all of my good cards and skill were gone. I didn't know what to do for the first few months until I gained traction and a little dust. Coming back to a game as dynamic as this after a year or so is so detrimental; so the only help I have for you is this: find an archetype you want to play. Then, focus on cards that are required for it. Eventually, when you have a good idea of the game, you can begin grinding arena mode. At that point, you don't build decks, you let the community build them for you. When you see something like "New OP deck sfyarlfhubasu" find the good cards, craft them and use it. It sounds dumb, but it's how the game works. It's kinda sad.
As a guy who started playing for real only just this past September and has managed to get as high as Rank 4 by last month (pats self on back, no one cares), my real suggestion would be to build a deck around the Frozen Throne or Kobolds legendary they give you.
When I started, I was given a Bloodreaver Guldan. From there, I realized a Zoo deck (minus Patches, good riddance) would be cheap to make after a month's worth of quests and dusting and I stuck with that.
After that, I just stick with one expansion using my daily gold until I get at least an Epic and then move on to the next one. You'll deepen your card pool, start building up dust, and then maybe luck your way into a new deck option for yourself. I was able to afford my first legendary after just a month or so of doing that. Then you can pick one to build a new deck around or go with one that supports the deck you've been using.

If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.

TLDR:
- Find a deck you like.
- Focus it.
- Eventually, begin grinding arena.
- Take popular decks off the internet.
- Boom.
