After the nerf coming soon, we will obviously see a metric crap ton of Cudelock and Controllock. In fact, I say that it will be almost as rampant as Razakus Priest was in Frozen Throne days. However, it's not as bad as seeing a netdecked Razakus priest down in rank 20, because of the upcoming ranked changes as well. However, the question I pose is: What decks will reign supreme after the aggro nerf fallout? I put my 2 cents on Murloc Paladin, Graveyard Priest and Big Mage. Murloc Paladin isn't hurt too badly by the nerfs, and Graveyard Priest is the only deck that doesn't lose steam after getting their board cleared. Besides, who doesn't want a 10/10 on turn 4? In addition, Warlock has very little single target removal (i.e. Siphon Soul), if they even run it. Big Mage just has even more board clears than Warlock, as well as transform and silence mechanics to break through their Voidlords and such.
Tempo Rogue will lose a big chunk of power, certainly far from t1.
Aggro decks and Razakus will be hit as well, but they will survive the meta, imo.
Balance will go up for other decks ofc.
But the point is that the decks that received the most nerfs were so powerful that they won't die entirely. They will just fall by 1 or 2 tiers at most, and leave some room to others.
My question is, should I craft Controllock, I already have full Cubelock
Control lock kills Cubelock, if Cube doesnt have strong start with Giants on which control hasn't draw answers. Also control lock with 2x nethers and RIn is better against BIG mage or priest.
So as for me I think that control-lock is stronger and more consistant deck and I took legend 2 times last months on it and now on rank5 too. I have cubelock crafted aswell but it is not performing for me so good.

All decks besides raza priest will survive, aggro will not die because of creeper. I don't think the powerlevel of the decks will fall either.
Dont know if it will ever find a solid spot in the meta .. but Dragon highlander, with Alexstraza is a fairly viable deck. Might not be as dominating as old Razakus was, but I wouldn't bury the deck just yet. 'Ol Emo Anduin may still have some life left in him yet.

By graveyard priest I’m guessing you’re talking about big priest?
