I'm a hearthstone player who's been playing since MSoG and I'm bored of the meta decks. I want something fun and unique, that people won't expect. In the past I've played dmh warrior, maly rogue, dragon mage, and curator handbuffadin. If anyone is interested in the decklists for any of these decks let me know.
In return, if anyone has any off-meta decks that work reasonably well I would love to know about them!
Something fun you could try would be a Mage deck with Dragonlord and Duplicate. As long as you played the Duplicate first, Dragonlord summons the two copies in hand.
Personally, I would suggest going to wild if you like a more varied meta. Do not be fooled wild is actually way healthier and more diverse than standard. ^^

net decks are exactly what they are.. and 90% of the pl youll face are using these due to lack of creativity/;laziness.
casual play even has these decks.. I guess they are trying to grind dailies but you'll face this everywhere in the game.. it has been a cold hard fact of life since the game started.
I hate to self-promote, but I literally just finished publishing a unique (if kinda expensive) hunter deck. The deck list is still in need of refinement, since there are a few situations the deck feels a little touch and go, but overall I absolutely love the confusion and frustration this deck can incite in my opponents.
The other deck I currently run and put up for review is a mage deck that has been serving the people that have tried it well, though it's a bit more straight-forward and "meta". I still enjoy it because unlike most other mages that rely on burn to finish out their games these days, this one is more value and grinder oriented, with the weaknesses and strengths that entails.
I've been having lots of fun with quest druid. It's a sleeper right now, but real strong with recruit mechanic. The recruit cards help finish the quest real quick and once everything costs 0, recruiting a minion cost 4 Mana or less can include charged devilsaurs, ysharaaj, Ysera, etc. Super fun and very strong if you can survive aggro to drop spreading plague in turn 6.
I find Silver Hand Recruit Paladin SUPER fun to play. I run a unique version whenever I feel bored or just feel like trying something new.
I will publish my unique version of Silver Hand Recruit Paladin but https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L01tI078ckI has a slightly better link compared to what I have since I started playing only after WotOG expansion came out.

I've been playing with Master Oakheart in Jade Recruit Druid, deck in the bottom, and I enjoy immensely. So much value.

Good luck on your hunt for a cool deck man, if you try any of mine let me know how it goes!
If you want something that people won't expect and still have fun with it, then I recommend you this:
Apparently he did not put a decklist, but you get the idea.
Try mine, its refined Big Spell Mage deck. You can climb rank with this deck. at least until rank 5.
