so i switched from zoolock to cube and im having an incredibly difficult time winning any games, cant make it past rank 20. i have the dust for one legendary card, any tips or changes i could make to help me out? thanks in advanced!
mainly dragon priest and mages, a few quest mages really hurt. i know cube is supposed to be slow but i usually cant get anything going until turn 6 or so.

Honestly those are pretty bad matchups for cubelock, but if you need more early game i would recommend doomsayers. The stonehills are a bit too greedy for you i think.
I wouldn't worry that much about quest mage though because it's a pretty uncommon deck and your deck really isn't meant to beat it.
Unlike other popular decks(priest, hunter) that require little skill, Cubelock requires much technical understanding of the game, if you want to be really successful. I got to rank 15 using it last season and i was losing ALOT.
Zalae did a video on youtube about the deck which has a lot of different tech options and tips for playing it, so I would suggest watching that.
The stonehill defenders could be doomsayers, like the guy above suggested, I personally run it as a one-off. Twisting nether I tried too, but found it underwhelming since by turn 6 I usually have the board from there on. Mountain giants are a tech I've been really happy with but I also see a decent amount of raza priests. If you wanna make a legendary for this deck taldaram is pretty good (he can copy a righteous protector or a patches, for example, in matches where you just wanna stabilize), but in general he's not that worthwhile a craft. I would also for sure find a spot for the 4/3 silence guy... i forgot his name.
Against quest mages your best bet is to get doomguards out, even if you have to hard play them from hand. If they're frozen, put a cube on them and eat the cube immediately. This is a tough matchup though. Against dragonpriests you obviously just wanna get your taunt train going, and don't let them steal a cube on turn 8 from archivist => mind control. If you get gul'dan up and running you're probably winning.
Dont know if you ever played the old handlocks but knowing when to tap is also a really useful skill.
Uhm I think that's all I have off the top of my head, good luck :)
Also, try swapping out a manipulator for Rin thr desciple if you can craft that.
Do not DO NOT waste you dust on rin, she's just bad and slow in 95% of the match-ups, get the second manipulator and the 2 mountain giants to pressure slow decks.
I’m playing almost the same list except I have N’Zoth instead of faceless and plated beetles instead of siphon souls and have been winning games. I just take it slow and play it like a control deck instead of trying to kill people and it works for me.
the deck is doing fine. you may play test it around 5 match and start tech against meta atm. the deck is adapt around meta it's not the meta itself. you have to start think of what you will mulligan and which way you will play? play around all those silence, saving for more greedy defile and blah blah blah.
but basic rule against aggro You play Voidlord, they concede. EZ(hope they've play silence though).
Curious why the switch? I don't play cubelocks but have run into it a few times and had good luck shutting down cube or lacky with a silence for easy wins. Just looking at your deck does not seem like you have given yourself ANY offensive options if you don't get perfect draws.
Play Mountain Giants. Probably cut the Stonehill Defender's.
Every time I face this type of deck those early game giants always cause me big problems. I am not playing aggro tho, so they may be better against mid and control.
so after some research and looking around i think i wanna squeez spell breaker and/or doomsayer into the deck. problem is im not sure what to cut, probably twist?
Your problem is that you don't have an early game. And by that I mean cheap removal spells and minions that can defend yourself from aggressive plays and decks such as Vulgar Homunculus and/or Drain Soul. Not only this, but you're also lacking in a Taunt game, which is probably something that I think is vital for a deck like this. Examples are Tar Lurker or Tar Creeper, as well as midgame removals such as Abyssal Enforcer and Despicable Dreadlord.
Take out 2 siphon soul, 2 stone hill defenders, and 1 twisting nether
Then put in 2 mountain giants 1 more faceless 1 spell breaker and 1 tar Creeper (I have prince taldaram instead of tar Creeper but tar Creeper is a decent budget option instead of prince) but this is deck is really hard to play so keep that in mind

What are you running into mostly? And what are you having trouble beating?
The only suggestions you can make for cubelock is to go more greedy or more anti-aggro, so what is the meta like at rank 20 for you?
I also wouldn't be too hard on yourself. I don't know how experienced you are with the game but cubelock is a hard deck to play.

Hello!
Also, try swapping out a manipulator for Rin thr desciple if you can craft that.
Hello!
Without the mountain giants you might have trouble getting any early pressure against slow decks like quest Mage

i dont have the dust, i made another faceless and mountain giant, or were you pointing out the swaps against aggro?

well it just seemed like a fun deck honestly, but now im rethinking my decision haha.
you need to understand the combo, its hard to beat aggros if you dont high role. There is no need for twister.

updated a little, tossed in another faceless and a mountian giant, took out stonehill`s.
i have 560 dust for another card.

Cheap decks are my specialty.
