i came up with the idea of using gheist to destroy your deck so you will draw your combo pieces faster. put a bunch of 1 mana spell and destroy them with gheist.

Why is this better that hemet? If you use 2 and 3 mana card for your combo you can play gheist on turn 6 without worrying. and you can use 2 gheist instead of 1 hemet.

Best class? in theory i think it is pally. Lots of 1 mana spells and the secrets will keep you alive. sadly i could not imagine any good combo for pally.
