I made this deck because I really like the Hunter quest, but I feel like a midrange version will be more reliable than an aggro one. Let me know what you guys think!
I like it although I think Raptor Hatchling is quite overhyped. I also think Swamp King Dred is going to be a card that people will be able to remove easily by adapting into poisonous.

I feel in my deck that Raptor Hatchling will be the better choice when focusing on beast synergy. The only reason Fire Fly is included is because it gives immediate 2 procs on the quest, otherwise I would have something that works with beasts.
As for Swamp King Dred, he really is an optional inclusion. I decided to use him rather than something else because I felt he fit the theme of the deck. In case you were wondering, the decks you would have to worry about adapting into poisonous are token and quest Druid, any Hunter, silver and quest Paladin, possibly some Zoolock, taunt warrior, and any murloc deck. Though the token Druid, Paladin, and murloc decks won't actually summon a minion with poisonous, but rather give current minions poisonous to quickly kill Dred (which isn't as easy). If I find that enough people are adding adapt minions as tech choices and it is interfering with Dred, I would elect to swap him out for something else.
Much better play against a wider variety of decks.
I'm glad you enjoyed the Scavenging Hyena inclusion. What solidified it for me is just throwing the hyena down if I need to smash some raptors into the opponent's board. Why not get free buff for cheap? If Tundra Rhino is down too, I don't see how a 10/7 is that difficult to build and your opponent shouldn't have much board left to retaliate with. :)

What did it for me with Scavenging Hyena was the thought of T1 alley cat, T2 him and trade with the 1/1s to create a 6/4. I know you're skipping playing the quest T1, but since it's not an aggro deck it's not as important.

That is a fair point. And it's not like you're hurting on one-drop potential. You can play it on turn 3 and probably have 4 of 7 by turn 5.

Exactly! I also think everyone is underestimating the potential of Igneous Elemental. You're getting a 2/3 slightly off curve, but fulfill 2/7 for the quest off his deathrattle while not having underwhelming draws. Not to mention he curves perfectly into Tol'vir Stoneshaper which could make up for the lack of stats on a 3 drop.
I think the most successful mid-range quest decks will run one copy of Bittertide Hydra. The logic being that you have about a 50% chance to complete the quest by turn 6 giving you a 5 mana 8/8 to play with a 1 drop drawn from Tol'vir Warden. For the 50% of the time you don't complete the quest, you might be bitter, but at least you can draw a 5 mana 8/8 in Bittertide Hydra to take the place of the body of Queen Carnassa.
found it weird but I didnt see anyone running Volcanosaur and look im telling u this is the best 7+ drop in any midrange deck in the game.. U have to run this card it shits on Call of the Wild and also Stampede is going to be great for card draw i think midrange will be a great deck and it will get refined over time bt 100% volcanosaur and stampede will be in mine!
Might as well post what I made earlier and yes it probably has mistakes in it (I dont think i have enough 1 drops?) but im really looking to get to my turn 5,6,7 in this deck.

You just got 4 1-drops, you're rolling the dices to see if Stampede and Jeweled Macaw can generate the 3 other. You should drop some spells or even the bows. The minimum 1-drops i could see working(not fast, but working) are 8... and including 2 Fire Fly

Fairly similar to mine. I more focused on strong beast synergy than intertwining synergies.

Edit: I really liked your idea of playing Scavenging Hyena so i took out Unleash the Hounds for it.

Igneous Elemental Should be used in any deck which contains the hunter quest.
Ideal Scenario:
Turn 1- The Marsh Queen. Turn 2- 2x Fire Fly. Turn 3- Igneous Elemental. Turn 4- 4x Flame Elemental Token. Turn 5- Tol'vir Warden. Turn 6- Jeweled Macaw + Queen Carnassa.
Perhaps things weren't ideal... Maybe you didn't start with double Fire Fly. No worries! The Tol'vir Warden draws one on turn 5. You play it on turn 6 with Queen Carnassa to set up your Dr. 7 Blazecaller since you can't run double Swamp King Dred.
