Currently i'm playing a lot of aggro decks like Zoolock and Patron warrior but I'd like to move control decks as im getting stuck at certain ranks. I dont think I have any of the legendaries needed so who should i craft first?
Control Warrior is very expensive. I would be certain that you have the dust to craft what's needed, as there are a handful of core legendaries (and even epics like Shield Slam) that should be in every good Control Warrior deck. That being said, I would start by crafting Grommash Hellscream first, and then Justicar Trueheart.
Ysera. Just remember that, especially as it's the only legendary, it's your wincondition. Always use other big minions to bait out the removal. If Ysera survives against midrange or control, you win.
Assuming you have other relevant legendaries for your deck (like maybe Brann, Elise, or Sylvanas,) I agree with RagingAlphaWalrus: Justicar Trueheart seems to be essential for control warrior in the late game.
I'm not so sure on Grommash, since some control decks (ones which tend toward fatigue) don't really need the finisher. I think Grommash will depend on the rest of your deck, ie your intended win condition.
I don't think I would craft Ysera for control warrior. It seems like a great fit in any control deck, but I have heard it does not quite fit in the current meta. Having not played with it myself, I can't really speak firsthand to its fit, but I have been enjoying success with my control warrior deck running Brann, Sylvanas, and C'Thun: no Ysera, but I would definitely run Justicar Trueheart if I opened her.
Obviously Grommash Hellscream. This guy is also used in other warrior decks so it's totaly worth to go for him first. Justicar Trueheart should be the second legendary you craft. The rest are not that important.
Ysera -> Justicar --- Justicar will rotate out eventually, but there are a lot of CW players who do not use Grom. Personally, I do not use him that often, but he can still be a great finisher.

One good thing about grom is that he can also be used to take out an enemy minion in order to stabilize. not always as the finisher.
Justicar Trueheart is totally great right now but truth be told: if you're starting to build a CW deck right now -unless you wanna spend something like 120+€ purely for dust- by the time you'd be able to have a fully functional CW deck Justicar will be already rotating out of Standard.
This. You have to take into account standard rotations when building such a deck fresh. Classic set is your best bet, on top of that i might add neutrals should have some pull for their versatility in other decks. Sylvanas, Ragnaros, and Alex should be your main focus, in that order; with consideration that it is warrior and gromm will always be control staple. Alex tho has a big role in Freeze mage, another/somewhat cheaper/ control deck.
Justicar is a very nice card and also has synergy with Shield Slam. Will leave Standard in half a year though.
Grommash is a good card but you often have other finishers. Needed, but not because it's a finisher and I wouldn't put it on the 2nd place.
Sylvanas is a very good card and fits many other decks.
Geddon is a good card but Whirlwinds (or Ravaging Ghouls or smth similar), Winaxes, Shield Blocks and Bashes are enough, adding Geddon to win against aggro is an overkill.
Alexstrasza is a solid card but doesn't shine without Grommash.
Ysera: already explained above. If it's your only competitive late game card but you play smartly and use Obsidian Destroyers and Boulderfist Ogres to bait out removal, your budget deck can win fully built Control Decks with 10 legendaries.

That assumes a new expansion is released on Jan 1, 2017. Since they are releasing an expansion winter '16, I seriously doubt the first set of 2017 would come any sooner than late march/early April 2017. It's probably more accurate to say that Justicar has 9 months left before rotation.

Only reason u need geddon is to save your brawls cause u cant kill 2 health minions with 1 whrilwind and does not worth it to brawl a board which is full of 0 attack totems. You really need this card against zoo and shamans.

Good luck dude.
Yeah i have brann and elise as well i think ill craft justicar trueheart

Hi, Between Alexstrasza and Ysera, i think Alexstrasza is more important. But you should craft the cards in order like this:
1=> Justicar Trueheart (most have, and freeze mages nightmare!)
2=> Grommash Hellscream (need as finisher.)
3=> Sylvanas Windrunner (most have, and nice synergy with shield slam and brawl.)
4=> Baron Geddon (need against aggro and totem shamans.)
5=> Alexstrasza (setup for lethal or self healing) or Ysera ( if sticks u already win.)
6=> Harrison Jones (good tech card.)
7=>The Black Knight (good tech card.)
