The idea of the deck is to get infinite value with Shadowcaster on Brann Bronzebeard and then to use Shadowcaster on another Shadowcaster. This will give you two 1/1's for 1 mana that you can use to generate more 1/1's for 1 mana. With these you can easily activate double battlecry effects, good deathrattle effects, and combos.
Your win condition is to completely out value your opponent by denying them any minions they play and by constantly maintaining board control. As long as you activate the Shadowcastercombo and you have two 1 mana 1/1 Shadowcasters in your hand at all times, then this should be very easy to do.
The idea of the deck is not to have big minions, but rather to be able to fill your board every turn with 7 1/1's that have valuable battlecries and deathrattles, thus outvaluing your opponent and zerging them down.
If you have suggestions for replacements or inclusions, go ahead and post what you have to say and why below in the comments. Any feedback, as long as it's not destructive, would be greatly appreciated!
First off this deck seems really fun and I will definitely try this type of deck when the expansion launches. That said after looking over your deck there are a few suggestions I have that I think could improve the deck's viability.
1) Undercity Huckster - Adding a random class card from your opponent's class isn't that impressive of an effect and it seems unfitting to put a 2/2 which lacks a good card text for this reason I recommend you replace it with a loot hoarder and a backstab for some tempo plays.
2) Xaril, Poisoned Mind - I love this card in rogue I think its perfect for miracle but for the zoo deck that you are trying to create I think the card is out of place. I recommend you replace it with bloodmage thalnos for additional cycle and spell damage.
3) Sprint - Running sprint without preparation is a huge tempo loss for rogue so I'm going to recommend you replace this with a second backstab since between loot hoarder, thalnos azure drake and FoK you should have sufficient cycle.
4) Defender of Argus - Normally I'd be all for this card but with the loss of nerubian egg reasons for running this card are far lesser than they previously were. Since you're going for a zoo swarm strategy I recommend you cut one copy of argus in favor of Violet Teacher.
5) Fan of Knives - Since you're going for a zoo theme and with the loss of token cards like imp-losion and muster for battle this card seems less necessary and can have one copy cut in favor of a second Violet Teacher.
Other considerations could be things like knife juggler for all the pings or sea giants to take advantage of your board state.
Anyway those are my thoughts on the deck hope my input helps.
I updated the deck according to your suggestions. I didn't feel that Violet Teacher was good enough due to the small number of included spells. Additionally, I was skeptical for putting large minions without much immediate board impact into the deck. However, Sea Giant might just be good enough.

This deck work or too gimmicky?
I actually haven't tried it out yet, I've just spent all my dust on a different deck. I'll get back to you as soon as I can with the results though!
