Fun idea, but this is a thread about building decks so it belongs in General Deckbuilding (since it's not specific to 1 class). Moved the thread there. :)
I think Druid would do really well with this, I'd probably go for 2x Ancient of Lore and 2x Keeper of the Grove, so I have card draw and Silence. I think that's worth more then Druid of the Claws. Maybe with testing I can do it with just 1 silence and 1 DotC for at least 1 Taunt.

@gator7870: That's actually a brilliantly evil move, to include Hogger, if your opponent doesn't deal with him he'll get overrun.
@Pilleri: I can understand having Mirror entity effectively making it so you have 2 minions extra, but why the Doomsayers?
If you only run four minions there's a 100% guarantee that your opponent will be able to deal with Hogger. I think it's a terrible choice because it isn't efficient enough. Doomsayer is very effective in low minion decks for smoothing out the early game or just delaying one turn. If your opponent is zoo and they drop flame imp turn 1 then you can reply with doomsayer. They loose the flame imp AND they can't play minions next turn (unless they burn a soulfire that is). Sometimes I like to drop doomsayer turn 8 after I've cleared the board so that they can't play any minions unless they can kill/silence doomsayer. Then turn 9 I'll play alexstrasza or something onto an open board. Even when doomsayer is killed it's 7 life gain for 2 mana! Additionally in a mage deck you can do the Doomsayer + frost nova combo to clear the board.
Since no one mentioned Warlock, here's one that has only 2 demons, Lord Jaraxxus and Illidan Stormrage who who be selected by Sense Demons by default as well as some token producing minions.
The idea is to keep your opponents board clear though, so by the time hogger hits, if they don't have charge or a way to clear him right away, he should be able to give you a taunt or two before you FON Savage

There are 3 kinds of people in the world. Those that can count and those that can't.

Isn't that overkill in a deck with only about 4 minions?
EDIT: I suppose if you test this and play this against other people with normal decks that you'd need them. I was going off of the assumption people would be playing these low minion count decks against eachother. Silly assumption. :)

Hogger comes out on turn 6, since you don't have innervate. By this time your opponent will have drawn into a minimum of 9 cards. If they don't have a hard removal or 4 damage spell then they're either really unlucky or bad.
Yeah Doomsayer doesn't make sense to me. You should have enough board clearing ability with spells and you will need more than 2 minions to be able to attack.
I'm gonna try secret Mage with Archmage Antonidas, Bloodmage Thalnos and 2x Water Elemental

The thing is you don't have enough board clearing power with just spells. In a 4 minion deck you can't rely on those minions surviving past the turn they're played, so why not run something that gets value when played?

I've been bored with arenas and laddering so I've been trying this recently and it's actually pretty fun and challenging.
Basically you have to make a deck that only has 4 minions. You can use spells that summon minions like Feral Spirit and Unleash the Hounds.
I've been playing the Innkeeper and found that its not such an easy task but really fun to play.
However, my Priest and Shaman do the best. I want to see your take on a 4 minion only deck.
Seems like warrior could do it really well. And maybe rogue.

Try it. At least build a deck if not actually testing it.
ok, here's a druid version

I've actually had experience playing low minion count druid decks. This is a good reflection of what it tends to look like, and it's pretty effective.

Oh, sorry mate. Thanks.
Been testing with a Druid and its easily the best. I went with 2x Keeper of the Grove 1x Druid of the Claw 1x Violet Teacher

Yeah, was debating the innervates. Probably need to switch them in for something.
