The first two are broken, but I don't think the last one is broken too, the effect might be broken, but it only triggers if your hero has 15 or less health, Drakonid Crusher is broken too if your opponent only has 15 health left, but nobody plays it.
Even version 3 is OP. Imagine that in Reno decks? They just love going low in HP as possible before their already OP Reno lifesaver. If they had this to play before their Reno turn ...?
As for the card, the first two iterations are definitely OP. Are they broken? Quite possibly, and definitely not fun to play against. The sheer damage behind them, and the addition of locking down anything that doesn't die, is just so good.
The third iteration is decidedly less OP, and probably even a 'balanced' card - as in, it's very strong, but not necessarily strong enough to be an auto-include. Its power in Reno decks is undeniable, of course, but I don't know if it would be horrifyingly OP. My main problem is that it is just far too wordy - Hearthstone cards have four lines of card text, and this effect is just so much to read.
Sorry, I'm very new to this site, so that's why its in the wrong forum, however, I did put the nerfed version, and 3 other new ideas in fan creations, I plan to make more. And yes, that's why I made the third version, because I realized of how broken the first 2 versions were, the third version is a good card that can get a second effect if it meets the conditions, and its just a cool card overall. And yes, its not an auto-include in every deck(personally, I'd include this in most of my control decks), but its still pretty good. :)
The reason why a card like this is OP when Varian isn't is simple; the card you've put forward is a huge board presence AND messes up your opponent's board pretty hard, which is an extremely rare combination of traits for any one card to have. Varian is so hard to play because he's only really good on an empty board, and has a pretty good chance of getting you killed if you don't whip out a taunt. And even then, your opponent has initiative on how to deal with whatever he brings out. By contrast, the weakest version of the card you've put forward A) is a big board presence B) does enough damage to knock out a minion C) freezes it so that you can control how you deal with that minion even if it doesn't die and D) freezes and possibly even clears a board under an arbitrary "I'm losing so I win the game instead" condition.
You've got three options for balanced variants of the battlecry: just a big damage battlecry (6 to one target is heaps - that's a Fireball well below mana cost!), only doing lower damage to all enemies (probably 2 - that's a free Consecration) or freezing all enemy characters. If you wanted to keep multiple effects, you'd have to kill the hell out of its stats (we're talking something like 5/5 or 6/6) to make it not have absurd value. The only reason that the versions you've posted wouldn't be must-plays is that some decks just aren't capable of using a 10-mana minion.
I'm back! The third version... Is actually plausible to not be broken! I'm not sure if it could fit in a control deck, but it would be pretty strong in a midrange deck that could successfully get a hero down to 15 health. The only problem is that if the enemy is under 15 health, you win, so it's very swingy.
I get your point but there are 2 reasons why I don't want to do that: 1. making it a 4/12 doesn't fit the design well, and 2. its a fucking kraken, not a dragon aspect. Besides, the idea of a giant 10/8 that can be a great tempo swing excites me a lot more.
Plot twist: you can't even play it against 80% of the ladder, couse you are dead on turn 7 or they just don't care about him ( freeze mage/fatigue warrior w/40 armor/ fatigue priest).

That's the purpose of the last version, to be decent hard removal, and possible boardclear.

You have to summon this first to have the full effect, if you heal first, you're just simply dealing 6 damage with freeze.
Terrible card, could as well issue a 10 mana "i win" card. Not fun at all.
Oh, never mind then.
Moved this over to the fan creations forum. :)

You can find me here! Good luck everyone!

Wait a minute, it is in the fan creations forum, what are you talking about? XD

It says: "YOUR HERO" not the enemy hero.
And like I said before, I would personally put it in most of my control decks.
4 power is similar to dragons plus it makes it priest proof. Give it a strong body and it would be perfect.

Dude, its a 10/8 that fires a bigger frostbolt, and MAYBE a blizzard, doesn't sound broken to me.

Too strong.... Blizzard would probably hire you based off the types of cards they've been releasing.
