The first 2 versions are broken as fuck, but I don't see the problem with version 3.
The third version is problematic because it has massive stats, which on their own wouldn't matter BUT it has battlecry strong enough to probably kill the biggest minion your opponent has on board letting you develop both a large minion while wiping their board.
This assumes the game has been back and fourth and no one has had a clear advantage, however, now you've kept your previous minion, developed a huge threat, AND kill theirs in one swoop.
Now, lets assume you've been behind.... Well, then it hits the board, and frost nova's your opponent (Or maybe just kills their entire board) while still developing a huge body.
Either way what this card is going to give you most of the time is: A big ass body and initiative which is not how big minions tend to be designed. Minions, like Ysera are designed to hit the board, be a huge threat, be hard to kill.... But be REALLY slow, this guy, is not.
I could see two variations of this card. One being a 5-7 cost minions, with horrible stats (like 6 mana 4/4) but have the effect of the third. Or, the stats the third has while having a different effect, say.. At the end of your turn deal 4 damage to a random enemy -- So like a rag that can attack but with a weaker effect.
it can easily be bghed, and priests won't have a hard time removing it with SWD. On paper, it seems broken, but if you think about it, it can easily be countered. And you just proved my point, its the opposite archetype of ysera who is slow, but really hard to kill, this guy is fast, but very simple to kill, easy as that.

But the only thing that really effects him that wouldn't effect ysera is BGH, which is baitable with boom. The problem is the impact he has the moment he hits board, Either clearing completely / stalling and then finishing your opponent next turn (Think him while you have a Deaths bite as control warrior then grom the next turn for 24 burst) or gaining a tempo advantage by killing their creature without trading yours, then they are forced to drop BGH leaving them with only 7 mana to work with AKA they can't do what you did (Slam a big minion) because their Ysera would probably just result in a loss, due to her lack of upfront power.
First off, that combo is gonna take a few turns to activate, and second, unless if you get flawless top decks, that combo is less likely to happen. The whole idea behind this card is to be a lifesaver, not a finisher, or just a way to get some tempo. Look, I can take criticism, but, I really don't see the true problem with this card, its just another strong 10 drop that gets a bonus if your health is lower.
10 mana cost cards are generally restricted to very important figures in WoW. Varian is the leader of the alliance and one of the most powerful warriors around. Deathwing is...deathwing. Sea giant is never meant to be played at 10 mana. Even the Aspect Dragons are 9 mana, so probably make this guy 8 or 9 and balance him accordingly. Take a look at the north sea kraken, who is 9 mana battlecry deal 4 damage.
I would make this guy a 9 mana 7/7 with battlecry : Deal 2 damage to all enemies and freeze them. It's a concentration and buffed frost nova on a stick. A 7 mana 7/7 (war golem), plus a 4 mana consecration, plus a 3 mana frost nova, plus a 1 mana ice lance for your opponent. Its 15 mana worth of stuff for 9 mana. Pretty powerful even this way.
Well, sea giant is technically a 10 mana minion. Also, there are 2 reasons why I made this guy a 10 drop: 1. the more cool 10 drops in the game, the better, and 2. it LOOKS like a 10 drop despite having no connections with wow.
Well, I finally made a version that I'm pretty sure isn't broken but still pretty strong, but now that I've cancelled the freeze, and "swipe" effect, the text lines have been reduced to the point where its simple enough to read. Here is the finalized version, and please tell me your opinion on it. I would appreciate that. :)
This Is a CONDITIONAL card, not a choose one card. The fun, and power that comes from this card is that it has 2 different battlecries, however, you can only use either one depending on your health. Suppose you have a lot of health, its a 6 damage tempo card, if you have half, or less of your health, its a boardclear. Either way, this card is still very powerful if used at the right moment.
The card is designed to help you have good tempo.

You do know that this is a made up card, right? I made it 10 mana because it has a ridiculous effect with pretty good stats.

Also, the main inspiration for this card was in fact north sea kraken. as it does have a pretty similar effect, however, with a potential bonus.
And also, the card text has 4 and a half lines, so close enough.
sooo much text. i got bored, stopped reading. That's a big problem with the card right there. fix that
I might have to ease with the text, but still keep the effect.

Looks good. Add the word or after the word health and you suddenly have a druid card.

Thanks by the way. :)
