They aren't to my knowledge. A few people have come up with the pun before me, as it's kind of obvious. I didn't base the cards on anything specific from wow, and made up the Watt-son name myself because I needed a mech sounding Watson name and took the obvious option.
Here's what I've been working on. (Rotface and Festergut from Icecrown Citadel in WoW)
I figured that requiring the other minion to take damage (particularly with both being 7 drops) could reasonably net ~2 mana worth of effect. Hopefully that isn't too much.

Seems kinda hard being able to pull some interaction, considering they are high mana cost minions. It helps they dodge BGH (I'm guessing intentional), but they will soak premium removal, that's for sure. They feel like KT, if you get him to stick for his effect to kick in, it will be game-winning. In this case the effects feel somehow weak, and it requires both to be on play, so... UP maybe?
FYI: I have asked for clarification from the winning contest designer, and we will either be clarifying the rule or removing it entirely. Either way, Murloc Holmes and Watt-son are not against the intended spirit of the rule and may remain in their original forms. The intended spirit of the rule had more to do with "combined" effects, like those of Feugen and Stalagg, rather than "distinct" and especially asymmetric effects, as we're seeing many of in this competition and as the entries in question are examples of.
Any input appreciated. The stats and mana cost may see adjustment if they're either OP or UP, but the effects I'd like them to be modified as little as possible.
According to the lore, Ursoc is the warrior bear, Ursol is the shaman (caster) bear, hence the effects on each one. And, they're supposed to work best when teaming up, that's why the reduced cost if you have them in play (again, this may be adjusted).
Those are the two cards I would like to submit. I really don't know anything about lesser Warcraft characters. Making some big bosses into 1 mana minions would just be silly. So are there any significant weak characters like vendors, random npcs, children of significant characters or anything like that?
Quite interesting idea! Maybe you can create two characters not existing in wow for the lore part.
Been trying to come up with a fun and interactive design that's also playable. Hopefully this accomplishes that.
The Two Legendaries: Genn Greymane and the city he rules, Gilneas.
So even if you don't have the other legendary, you can still try to go for a City Plan you think your opponent would pick. Can make for some fun interactions and some epic mind games.
**As a note, the Discover for a "City Plan" will start with a timer at 0:10 and count down to 0:00. If an option is not chosen within the ten seconds, a random option will be chosen. This seems like a fair compromise since your opponent can't have an unlimited discover time during your turn. Have to play fast.
Finally, here are the prospective City Plans:
The first option symbolizes the doomed wall Greymane constructed to keep out death, but now both sides will feel the downfall of the wall. The second option delegates all problems to a new champion for each side (hopefully you get a good one!) The third option lets the kingdom fall into animalistic fury, reverting all minion to Raging Worgens. None of the options are meant to outright swing the game in your favor, even if you do get to pick which option you want. All three options have their niches and seem fairly balanced.
Let me know if the idea is too complex or convoluted. Would love to hear any feedback since this idea seems fun.

Discover mechanics can't happen during your opponent's turn. Beisdes, it's a wall-o-text. I believe the limit is 4 lines of text at most.

I know Current Discover effects cant activate during your opponent's turn, but we can pretend the devs are capable enough to implement something simple like this.

It's not an issue of capability. It cannot happen because of the basic design of Hearthstone. You can't have your opponent making decisions during your turn.
am i supposed to do characters from warcraft, outside or any?
Lore is supposed to be based on Warcraft, but you can create an original character, like Bolf Ramshield and Arch-Thief Rafaam, who are nowhere to be found in Warcraft lore, but are original characters based on Warcraft lore. Mine is like that:
Holy crap, the two Eredar lords are OP as the ninth circle of Inferno, and can be bumped to 7 Mana apiece (for Kiljaeden, maybe 8 mana, but not so sure). But it's TheKaldorei1, and I expected such.
The only other Twin Fight in WoW I can remember was in Raid The Sunwell Plateau, the Ereda-Twins, who "absorbed" the strength of the other, depending which you kill first. I tried to reflect that with the concept.
It gives it even if it's in the deck/hand, I'm not sure if I need to clarify that or not on the card itself, I would write it in my submission obviously.
Not sure if it's too good, since it's incredible weak to silence and doesn't generate immediate payoff most of the time. Also Light's Champion is a direct counter (just like any other silence / steal). x) Someone tell me if it's nuts or "just pushing". I had a 3 mana 3/3 version which gives +3/+3, but found that way too weak the more I thought about it.
Does the other one have to be on the board to get the buff? If so, I think they're pretty so-so, but as a turn 6 play, it could be good, as long as your opponent isn't a mage with Flamestrike. Cool artwork, tho.
I am thinking about making Ishanah and Voren'thal (leader of the Aldor and the Scryers respectively) and making them wipe the entire board (self included) if ever found on the battlefield together (as if they started fighting each other and overdone a little with the AOE during their duel). I'm not certain if the effect should be an aura or a battlecry. The only difference it will make is whether or not the board goes "poof" when dropped from the Sneed's or Piloted Sky Golem (they will both cost 4).
I've found 3 images that could represent Ishanah and 2 for Voren'thal. I'll need help deciding which one to pick. I'll put them into a spoiler.

Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders.
If one loses the other gets his way. So if one candidate died the other's battlecry triggers. You will get a spell that represents that candidate.
PS will give feedback on others a bit later super busy atm ;)
