So I was trying to think of a cool way to counter aggro but lady vashj here kinda works against anything. She's a solid body for a turn four drop, but her real power lies in her ability. So if your opponent has to drop a few cards to deal with her he's also gonna take some damage, or if you're just facing SMOrc anything they're forced to stop their relentless assult or blow a card to deal with her, or just let their hand flood up and top deck.
So what do you guys think? Does she need to be reduced to a 3/4 to make her easier to play against? Or does her spell ability need a nerf? Or is she just fine as is?

I don't think her ability is good enough. In most cases, your opponent will kill her with 1-2 cards and will have no reason to ever cast the spells you put in their hand. Her ability is more of a milling skill than anti-aggro. Aggro can probably still ignore her and go face. It's too slow to deal with them.
Alright i getcha, so this was her original card but I was worried it'd be to strong but hearing what you say makes it make more sense for the original. Curse had to be implimented to keep the 4 line limit hearthstone usually has. Curse being "While this is in your hand do X." warlock's new curse card would be changed too if this became a thing ofc. Meaning you'd be forced to deal with her or your cards cost would just increase, but if it's doing that then should it's mana cost be pushed down to 0 to compensate?

You were right: that is too strong. Especially since it would have a snowball effect that could make your entire hand unplayable. I think something better might be: at the end of your turn, increase the cost of a random card in your hand by (1). That looks like it will take up too much text, though.
Alright, so what if the frequency of the spell coming into your hand was reduced? Like at the end of your turn place a mental anguish into your opponents hand. Or it could be moved to shuffling the copies into your opponents deck?
Okay so taking all the advice in and looking at possible solutions to the wording i decided to break her up into 4 different possible curses. So here's the version 2.
Mental Anguish flows into the side of shadow we see in Mana alteration from the TGT card.
Seeping Shadows has the possibility for face damage or minion damage.
Enroaching shadows is somewhat resemblant of a mana burn-esq card, with the added cost of being an arcane nova when played.
Lastly Manifested insanity, driven insane your hero lashes out at something, when played your opponent (i.e. you) get to draw a card.
So whatcha think guys!

You could change her effect to "when your opponent plays a minion...". That way, it's clear that her curses don't trigger her, because obviously they are spells, not minions.
Now, that way she doesn't trigger when she takes a Fireball to the face or gets executed, but hey, lots of cards have that problem. She'd be the opposite to Troggzor the Earthinator. Dropping both in one turn would be really evil :)
Of the curses, Mental Anguish and Seeping Shadows are good, but the others are weird. Encroaching Shadows uses a Shaman mechanic, and Manifested Insanity is weird if it doesn't also give the hero an attack value. To keep the card simple, I'd just pick one curse and run with it. I'd prefer Seeping Shadows, because it speeds up the game, instead of stalling like Mental Anguish. That's more Shadow Priest, which is supposed to be aggro. I'd change the damage from "friendly minions" to "friendly characters" so all the damage hits face if you don't have any minions out.
Overall, yes, this is a nerf, but it makes the card more streamlined. Also, it's already a 4 mana minion with a nice body, and even with the weaker effect it could be a 3/4 and still be played.

Yeah that'd send the text through the roof. what if it was some more like 0 mana and it's cost wasen't affected by other copies of itself?
