I wanted to make a utility card for tempo or mill rogue decks which I love playing. This denies your opponent a good draw in tempo which is super valuable. In mill it delays fatigue but if your opponent draws it they will not want to play it.
A card that helps a little bit the fight against aggro decks. Looks balanced to me. A good improve to midrange deck (there is a lack of quality in 6 drops in paladin), maybe instead of some heal card or quartermaster.

Balanced card design, with little attack and high cost to make up for its decent health and ability. This card is really useful late game, because it allows two minions to slow and prevent enemy minions from attacking. Great late game card in nearly any situation. Especially strong when placed beside taunt minions, windfury minions, or divine shield minions.
Introducing the Illusionary Evocator. The idea for this card was to use discover and the priest theme of using opponent's cards and a semi-resurrect. I also went with a theme of past (the dead minion), present (the minion itself) and future (the minion from the opponent's deck). It is a legendary for obvious reasons. For 8 mana you get a body worth about 5 mana, a previously dead minion in hand, information about some of your opponent's cards and one of them in your hand. 8 mana was chosen as priest already has Velen and Paletress for 7.
If there are neither enough dead minions or minions in your opponent's deck, it is treated as 'add a random minion...', the other one still being a discover effect.
Just a side note, I am doing this for fun and will be unable to receive the physical prize.
that card can enable many combo and make some new deck appear. Really good in shaman and mage.

Can be combo'd with cards like Ice Lance and Frost Elemental.

I think it's useful for Paladin.Blessing of kings or Blessed Champion.Maybe too strong?
