I didn't make a Holding a Dragon card for Priest and Warrior, given Priest has Twilight Whelp and Wyrmrest Agent (basically the lion's share, the best of the lot), and Warrior has Alexstrasza's Champion. Majority of these cards are 2 drops, but two of these are 3 drops, and one is a 1 drop.
Druid
TOKENS:
Note that the +2 Health and Taunt only activates if you hold a Dragon.
A Druid 3-drop? Yes, yes it is, given that their 3-drops are usually almost always Shade of Naxxramas and, maybe, should it be released, Mounted Raptor.
Lore-wise, she's basically a Druid, who can either be commanded to guard the Emerald Dream, or venture into the Emerald Nightmare, only to be corrupted by it. And why does the Druid card give Stealth and not the Rogue one? You see, I have something different for Rogue in mind.
Hunter
I have a feeling this should be a 2/2. Please let me know.
Mage
Dragon Mage could be a thing, given Coldarra Drake exists, and I once played against one.
Paladin
As with the Hunter one, I have a feeling this should be a 2/2. Please let me know.
This is why I didn't let the Rogue card give Stealth: I decided that giving the Rogue the Coin if you're holding a Dragon would be better, given that if Rogues go first, they'd likely suck eggs, also, a second coin when going second won't hurt.
The Emerald Keeper is pure power creep over Blackwing Tech. I really like the flavor of the card but you need to make it 4 mana or take it down a notch. I'd say -1 health.
Wyrmrest Explorer: Again, great flavor, but OP. Dark Peddler is the closest comparison, and that's a 2/2. As you say yourself, that would be better stats. Btw, how about making this a discover card? Discover a dragon?
Dragonsworn Scholar: Yepp, great flavor but pure power creep over cards like Kobold Geomancer and Soot Spewer. Better would be Spell damage +1 base and +2 if you have a dragon, no health bonus. It could also do something more interesting. How about give all friendly dragons spell damage?
Dragonsworn Knight: Ok. A lot better than Flame Juggler but you risk not being able to trigger. Since this is a knight, it might be fun to do something with joust here. "Reveal a minion from both decks. If yours has the higher mana cost or is a dragon..."
Blackrock Thief: Ok.
Harpy Dragonkeeper: I'd prefer a 3/4. Sure, less damage potential, but doesn't just get darkbombed / frostbolted / bashed / torched...
Wyrmrest Summoner: If this is supposed to go in a dragon deck, why is the familiar a demon? That's weird. Either forget about dragons and make it trigger on demons, or make her summon a dragon. Or how about Wyrmrest Hatch Corruptor: Summon a Dragon Egg?

@Wyrmrest Explorer - You NEED a dragon to trigger the draw.
@Dragonsworn Scholar - Dude, again, it's a Mage Class card, it's allowed to power creep neutral cards, unless you tell me that Alexstrasza's Champion is power creep onto Bluegill Warrior with +1/+2.
@Dragonsworn Knight - It might be too wordy for what I have in mind. Unless...
@Blackrock Thief - Yep. Fits the bill perfectly if I say so myself.
There's a huge difference between powercreeping over a basic card that sees no constructed play (Grizzly) and powercreeping over an Adventure card that is already undercosted to push a certain archetype (Blackwing Tech). 8 stats for 3 is already pretty much the max a card should have, and comes with a downside (dragon synergy required, draw your opponent a card, 50% attack wrong target ...).
You're taking that top-tier card and add a choose one and either Stealth or Taunt on Top. That's just way too much. Your suggestion is just 1/1 stats below Druid of the Claw, but 2 mana cheaper.
Dragonsworn Scholar is slightly less bonkers, considering we have 2 examples for a 2 mana 6 stat class minion with dragon synergy. It might just be on the right level between constructed viable and broken, and make Malygos Mage a thing. I'd still be careful with it.

Flavor wise, he's a ret pally. Wally.
Rogue
Malygos Dragon Rogue (a-la Malygos Warlock) anyone? No? Okay.

Shaman
The Windfury curve of Shaman-specific cards: Dust Devil -> Whirling Zap-o-matic -> this card -> Dunemaul Shaman.
Warlock
TOKEN:
Did somebody say Malygos Warlock?
The reason why I felt that the Paladin can be a 2/2 is because I didn't want this to feel weak in comparison.
