Background: Haris Pilton is an NPC in World of Warcraft. She is a vendor in Shattrah City who sells an expensive 22-slot "Gigantique" Bag which was an upgrade over the standard 16-slotters that most players had during that expansion.
The possible outcomes only includes the 9 basic hero powers, so no Inferno! or DIE, INSECT!. However, if you already have a non-basic Hero Power, it WILL be changed to a basic Hero Power.
If Justicar Trueheart has been played, her effect is conserved, i.e. the upgraded Hero Power will be changed into another upgraded Hero Power.
Your Hero Power should necessarily change, you can't get the same Hero Power you had before the effect was activated.
Went with a Don Quixote themed card- always looking for legendary creatures and thinking he's found more than he has. For the record, the five legendary two drops are: Lorewalker Cho, Millhouse Manastorm, Bloodmage Thalnos, Nat Pagle, and most importantly this card itself- self discovery is a wonderful thing. Most of the 2 drops are bad enough to only warrant a loss of one stat point for the ability to discover them.
Strategically, if there's a specific card you want to fish for, you have a good shot of finding either it or another Max so you can try again. Or you can just keep picking this card every time until your luck runs out and you'll temporarily have a better paladin hero power.
The card is meant to be combo'd with something like Flametongue Totem or Rockbiter Weapon (note that it becomes a 6/4 then a 14/4 with Flametongue because of how auras work). With those, it can quickly become very powerful for a 2 drop, at the expense of making it hard to play additional minions (note that spell costs are not affected). Of course, it you didn't plan to get it out, you probably won't have a way to increase it's attack, and so it will probably just sit there the rest of the game making life hard for you, or you will have to waste a removal/silence on it. The (1) cost increase to minions may seem punishing, but the attack doubling is a powerful effect. I would see this played turn 2-4 (with Flametongue or Rockbiter) and with spells like Feral Spirit to follow it up on the next turns. It could still be good late game if played with Flametongue, as it acts like a soft taunt. Leave it alone and it is devastating. Also, it isn't a beast because Spirit Wolf isn't a beast.
Although a 2/4 out of a shredder wouldn't be bad, this is assuming you are already behind and then this guy just produces 1/1's for your opponent. As a standalone card I think this is pretty good, as if your opponent chooses to take advantage for it, they are still using 2 mana instead of potentially doing something valuable with their turn.
Ontop of that, if this is dropped out of a shredder on your opponent's turn they can get immediate value out of it.
Sylvanas' deathrattle in a battlecry, but at the risk of giving a minion when killed. Made it pingable because it has such a powerful effect, anyone should have an easy way to remove it *shaman with earth shock cries in a corner*
Of course, if this comes out of your shredder, you could be giving away a minion for free.
still playable but with a terrible downside
ti
i think warriors could make this a good card on the right conditions

A little similar to Darnassus Aspirant
Summon: "Shreeks,(voiced by your hero) a dirty rat!"
Flavor text: "These little buggers love to cause mischief; the tram, your mothers bread loaf, occasionally a shredder..."
Death: "Oh great they brought their family with them"
If enemy trades shredder and this pops out, that's 4 damage to your hero. Can be nasty when facing rush decks.
