I dunno, I would've hoped the clearly too overpowerd cards wouldn't make the cut. Case in point: Mini Assassin and Double Barrell Sniper.
While Mini Assassin trades the 'reliability' of Novice Engineer for 2 extra stats, not only does being controllable mean that his downside isn't significant, but the combo means that he's a one sided Coldlight Oracle for 1 less mana. Way too strong. Hell, if I'm not mistaken on turn 1 if you go second you have your starting 4 cards, the coin, and the card you draw. Play the coin, you have 5 cards in hand. Play the Assassin, you have 4 cards in hand. Oh look, you draw two cards. How is that not broken?
Double Barrell Sniper is a little less broken given that its random between your own minions and the opponents making it a bit link Tinkmaster, but at least with Tinkmaster even in an ideal circumstance (only one minion) it can potentially backfire. With Sniper, if your opponent has the only even attack minion, it simply can't backfire - it's going to die, with the only 'cost' being that an otherwise vanilla 3/2 minion is on the board (and that kind of thing has never stopped BGH).
Tactical Assassin is close to being too good, though I can't say for sure that it is. 1 health means that even with stealth, it dies to a lot of incidental damage - but incidental damage is never a guarantee. On the other hand, the person who played it is going to have a fair say into whether or not it will get an attack buff (if the opponent makes the number of minions on the board even, the player only has to play one to make it odd again), and when you're talking about a 1 drop that would be able to kill something like Emperor Thaurissan or Loatheb without any help, that's likely too strong. Admittedly we don't see Patient Assassin seeing play despite being removal in a similar sense, but that could well be a different story if you could decide to hit the face for 4/6/8 etc instead.
