Look at this innocent goblin holding a poisoned dague This effect isn't a battlecry. If your weapon has 1 attack, it's a 2/3 for 1 (2, 3/3; 3, 4/3…). If you don't have any weapon, it's a 1/3. What's really good about the card is that you can freely play it on turn 1 and then use your hero power for a good value instead of playing it as an autoplay without real purpose. I made it a common but making it a rare is likely to be better for arena players.

''Mercy''-activates if a minion didn't attack at the end of your turn,activates after you press end turn or rope out.Mercy DOES NOT activate the turn a mercy minion is played or summoned.

I think he meant you need to make a specific minion that is summoned out of the card not the ones already exists in game
