Next: A Legendary minion with "This minion may only attack last on your turn. It gets +1/+1 this turn for every minion that didn't attack".
Dude that's TOO specific... not trying to be rude but there's no fun when requests have all those requirements, there's really no room to play with creativity with all those details :/
Fair enough. Let's say...
Next: A minion get has an ability activated by other minions you control attacking.
It's epic because no lore character would reasonably have that effect, in my opinion. I also dramatically improved the wording you used.
(EDIT: For the purpose of clarity, this is a (late) response to "Next: A Legendary minion with "This minion may only attack last on your turn. It gets +1/+1 this turn for every minion that didn't attack".")
Next: A rare spell that doesn't have a needlessly complicated effect.
and how can you know he is holding a dragon? from his minion's triggered effect?
There would probably be an orange glow around the card, like when dragon synergy cards in your hand work or when you only have a core rager in your hand.
(At first I thought this might be grossly overpowered, but essentially it maxes out at (10) for 10 damage, which is the same as a Pyroblast and less than a Fireball on a mana-per-damage ratio. The real benefit here is the ability to target any way you want with your damage, but even though I don't see this as being much better than a Flamestrike as far as being able to get multiple targets.)
Man it should give "cant attack" to your minions at the next turn to be something valid , cause if it gives "cant attack" until the end of this turn then you first attacking with your minions and then u put him on the battlefield and everything attacked lol so the "cant attack until the end of turn" doesnt affect anything
In order to avoid being affected by the Can't Attack debuff, they wouldn't be able to attack anymore, anyway, so they wouldn't contribute to buffing him up.
A minion with Stealth and Can't Attack
Next: A minion without a class keyword, but with a game keyword (like card, spell, minion, character, health, attack)
A card that lets you shuffle one of your own cards back into your deck.
I intended to make it a "mulligan swing" card, that would let you get rid of a trash card post-mulligan and force your opponent to shuffle a card from their hand into their deck (at random), so that you get rid of something bad while your opponent gets rid of either something good or something bad. Potentially, both players would then draw a card, but I couldn't fit the text properly. Anyway,
Next: A minion that benefits from a shuffle mechanic or from being in the deck longer.

Next: rogue control card.Edit: crap, I was too slow on the upload.
You know Kidnapper is weak when you powercreep him and it's still just niche.
An overstatted but unplayable minion.
Still might be good in control vs control.
Next: A beast for priest.
Dr.boom has met his match
Next: A 4 mana card that does something if another version of it has died.

The only other Amani troll is currently Amani Berserker, technically this card does something if another version of itself dies.
Make a card that could make a Reincarnate Ancestor's Call Wild Shaman viable if it's printed this Spring.
Hearthcards wasn't working so I'll just say mine here.
Holy corpse: Shaman Epic, 3 mana, 2/6, Can't Attack, Battlecry: Gain a copy of all the Deathrattles on the board.
Next: A card that discards your deck and makes it something else.
Sorry, you got sniped. Can whoever's next do both of ours? Thx!

Dank Memes and Broken Dreams
Create a card with a stacking combo effect (like Edwin VanCleef).
