Of course the amount of targets is upgraded rather than the damage.
It won't target the same enemy twice, so if your opponent has no minions it'll still only deal 8 damage to your opponent, no matter how long it's been in your hand.
Next: A card that interacts with Lackeys (but doesn't generate them itself)

Everyone's favorite Gelatinous-Based Friend is back! Or at least this time, his son! This guy isn't strong enough to eat real minions, so he diets on Lackeys only right now! The only change I might make is to make him Neutral instead of Warlock based, I don't think this card would be broken if it was made neutral instead of Warlock only, because Lackey's only exist in certain classes anyways.
NEXT: Create a new Villian card for the most nefarious, most evil, most dastardly villain in Hearthstone history: Millhouse Manastorm!
I'm just another one of those. You know, those who do things. Things that need to be done by those that do these things in order to do those things that don't do these things by themselves. Has the word 'things' lost meaning to you already?
a way to finish your opponent quicker if they don’t draw their bombs. The detonators only draw bombs when cast, if your opponent has none, they don’t draw anything, so it can also be a dead draw for them.
Great way to clear the opponent’s board if you have lots of small beasts.
Next: A card that uses Immune
Made this card a while ago for the Cold Blood nerf I think. Great archetype kind of guy. You could deal a lot of damage with this if you returned him to hand, gave him Cold Blood (which is 2 mana now and slower), etc. Back when I made this, my idea was a deck with both the Paladin Death Knight and buffs.
Thoughts?
Next: A rogue card that creates a new archetype (Anything but shuffle-pogo rogue. Please.)

The best way to actually do something well is have no idea what you're doing. Then what you're doing will become what you have no idea you're doing, at which point since you're doing what you're doing without knowing what you're doing you're doing what you're doing without knowing you're doing it.
From The Binding of Isaac. It's supposed to be his blood spray attack.
NEXT: A Hero Card based on Kel'Thuzad.
Next: a 1 mana class Legendary
Check out my card creation games "One out of Three" HERE
And "Synergy Chain" HERE
Dunno how balanced this is, but here you go.
Next: A big Mech.
Goodness gracious.
sorry.... :D
NEXT: make a card whitch is better dead than alive
Next: Make a warrior card that shuffles a bomb into your opponent’s deck
May have technically cheated on the requirement..... or doubled it depending on your view!
NEXT: Recreate Dr. Boom's Scheme to better fit it's art!
Couldn’t find art, so did this.
The damage the dynamites are doing will be upgraded.
Next: Make a scheme for a villain NOT from the league of EVIL

Every villain needs a scheme - and Millhouse has a really broken one!
Next: a 0-cost minion stronger than 1/1.
Pretty difficult to make more or less balanced 0-cost minion with stats more than 1/1.
Anyway Next up: A card that would slam big priest down like Randy Orton when he does RKO... a.k.a. out of nowhere.
I'm just another one of those. You know, those who do things. Things that need to be done by those that do these things in order to do those things that don't do these things by themselves. Has the word 'things' lost meaning to you already?
4-Attack neutral minion, vanilla stats, beast tag and a battlecry that rekt with big priest.
Next: A neutral legendary with a powerful but conditional effect. (Ex: Reno Jackson.)

Next: A Lackey synergy card for Rogue.
Whoops, forgot it had to be Neutral, so another try!
Works well with wisps, to trigger the battlecry or to draw them. Could be used for some great value for 0 mana.
Next: A card that would fit in a Silence Priest deck.
Sometimes electrolytes just aren't enough.
Next: A Legendary Hunter minion that has or interacts with the Poisonous keyword.
Playing since May, 2015. The downside: I missed the excitement of Naxx and GvG. The upside: I never met an Undertaker.
Great way to clear the opponent’s board if you have lots of small beasts.

OTK with ur weapon depending on how much attack is on it.
Next: A Shaman type card in Mage class (Can't be Overload because that's class exclusive)
