Imagine it's printed and anyone tries to use it, why not between turn 1 and 9:
So you can use it vs priests, if they don't ping their own face with spell or Auchenai Soulpriest.
That's why hunters should run farseers and voodoo doctors to heal their opponent's face...oh wait that doesn't sound right...

Weird but interesting. Maybe is always in starting hand? You can't win without it. I would love to see opponents desperately heal to 30 in fear of Kill commands only to die to this.
