We all know Lance Armstrong. He has won the Tour de France 7 times but has been stripped of his titles after a long investigation on his doping use. One of his famous moments during a race was when Filippo Simeoni attacked the main group of riders for an individual stage win, Armstrong went after him, chatted with him a bit and talked him into falling back to the main group and not go for the win. Then, Armstrong slyly looked at the camera and made his famous ''zip-the-lips'' gesture. The story goes that Simeoni earlier accused Armstrong of doping use to the media, and this was Armstrong's way of retaliating; dashing Simeoni's hopes of achieving a stage win.
Meet Vance Legstrong. This knight likes to ride in yellow, just like Armstrong. Vance also has won 7 grand tours on his trusty steed so he prominently likes to show off his lucky number whenever he can. Whenever a minion attacks him, similarly to Simeoni attacking Armstrong's reputation, he will silence it (zip-the-lips).
All flavor aside, it's a solid card. Not as good as Dr. 7, but it can be annoying to not being able to profitably attack Vance with your Shredder or Sylvanas.

Nice pop culture reference, just like the ones in wow, yaay. :D
Long live our queen, Haris Pilton. :v
Not bad. Seems a bit strong, maybe 7/6 or something, but I like the idea.
