Ok. Well, i like the idea of discard lock and was inspired by Lock and Load card. I tried to develope it it warlock's realities. I feel that I made them a bit OP, but I want a discard warlock to be real, guys. Here it goes. Dark Intent - as I already said, inspired by Lock and Load spell. However, it synergies with discard mechanic. But that's not all. Although it said that it will summon demon, it will instead choose from the selected pool of custom demons: so called Enslaved. They are under the main card.
Enslaved Felhunter: 5 mana, 6/6. Inspire: restpre 2 health to all demons. (not only friendly, an obivious drawbacks in Warlock duels)
Enslaved Felguard: 6 mana, 5/9. Taunt. Whenever this minion takes damage, discard a card and give your demons +1/+1. (Anti-aggro? PogChamp)
Enslaved Imp: 2 mana, 1/1. At the end of your turn, deal 1 damage to a random enemy minion.
Enslaved Sucubbus: 2 mana, 1/3. Silence any minion damaged by this minion.
Enslaved Voidwalker: 3 mana, 4/5. Whenever this minion takes damage, discard a card.
I think its a cool idea, but I think it is a little overpowered. Maybe make it a 1 mana spell and at the end of your turn, for each card discarded summon a minion with mana equal to the number of cards discarded maybe? Thinking about it, I think if you changed the effect to this, it would be too weak, so....
Maybe a 3 mana spell and summon a minion with mana equal to the number of cards you have discarded this game?
That ^! I like that idea, that way it's a consistent spell, and, you know exactly what you're getting.
They don't get effected by the damage of spells, so they can be targeted but they wont receive damage (by say like a frost bolt, but they will still be frozen. Same applies to flamecannon.) Execute and polymorph will still work on them because they do not deal damage. Demonwrath and hellfire will deal damage to them (if you play it) because its on your turn
That's how I assumed it would work. It's hard to really tell if it would be overpowered tbh. It would be crazy with malgannis, doomguard, jaraxxus, fist of jarraxus, with a tiny knight of evil already on board, etc, but then again youre discarding like all of your hand sooo... It would definately be deck defining and I think a discard deck would be top-tier with it.
I compared it quite a lot to Varian, as I believe they're similar in the way that they can either make or break the game for you. Hope discard warlock gets something of this sort soon though! :)

hm i understand, but i can't see this as a spell but as a minion, for exemple 6 mana 4/5 your other minions are immune to spell damage and it's not even necessary the discard part and how its a minion, the effect would still as long the minion survives, what do you think about it?

Well the theme is discarding so it needs to have a discard effect. The 1 damage a turn is so zoo doesnt abuse the card. I think it would work good as a minion (less text haha). It could be a spell defender which is kinda cool

I know the theme is to discard a card but really in my opinion, there is no necessity to do this, is the same thing to put for exempl battlecry: discard a card at dr.boom. I think bad effects like discarding should be increased for cards that are quite op and i don't see problem in your card, it's a very powerfull efect but there's no necessity to discard a card, maybe a minion? In my opinion would be greater, maybe for exemple a 6 mana minion 6/6 with this effect and the discard too, would be very interesting, but the effect would long as long the minion survives and you have the bad effect: discard. Understand? But this is just my opinion, i don't know if you agree, haha

This should cost 1 man, this is underpower, you will discard 2 cards for 2 mana for a low damage and you can only get value if you discard elemental destruction, but no one puts a card in the deck just to discard it, maybe this should be even 0 mana or 1 mana cost because it's a big price to pay since you're discarding 2 cards but it's a nice concept for it.

What about a minion that has the effect of "whenever you play a card with overload, deal damage randomly split to enemy characters based on the overload value of the card played"
As of now it just seems way too weak. discarding a earth elemental to deal 3 damage for 2 mana sucks pretty bad. Maybe if you add "draw the number of cards discarded" to it, it would be much better
We can compare this with that spell from warlock with fix damage, 4 damage 1 mana and discard only a card, i think 2 mana is way too much.
A good idea would be 1 mana: Discard cards from your choise and deal damage equal to their overload, so for exemple you can discard 3 and deal more damage? i think the price to pay is way too big and most of the cards don't have more than 2 overload.
My idea; A card for uncover opponent deck, for remove destroy-weapon or taunt, for activate combo effects and a funny card for mill. Feedback?
Dude thats an insane mill rouge card, perhaps add some sort of combo to it, for instance combo the pickin of a card.
Yeah, also an insane effect, i don't agree with any card that discards something from the opponent, for exemple, your opponent can easily discard an important card like malygos that is really necessary for combo. I think this is why illidan was changed

I decided that as a 6 drop it would be really good. Not many 6 drops out there and it will save you from flamestrike the next turn. I think this is will be my submission. Thanks for the help Lucas Pasado.
Ok I'll change it to 1 mana. At the beginning, I was thinking to put "Discard 3 cards..." but I was scare of the combo 2xElemental Destruction and Earth Elemental for 13 damage.

I understand you, it really can get value, like you said, 2 mana for 13 damage is very big, but anyway, you are discarding 3 cards and 2 are for board control, maybe it could be, discard a random card with overload and deal its overload cost as damage to the target minion and the adjacent minions, maybe 2 mana, would be great too

I know the theme is to discard a card but really in my opinion, there is no necessity to do this, is the same thing to put for exempl battlecry: discard a card at dr.boom. I think bad effects like discarding should be increased for cards that are quite op and i don't see problem in your card, it's a very powerfull efect but there's no necessity to discard a card, maybe a minion? In my opinion would be greater, maybe for exemple a 6 mana minion 6/6 with this effect and the discard too, would be very interesting, but the effect would long as long the minion survives and you have the bad effect: discard. Understand? But this is just my opinion, i don't know if you agree, haha
