So its an immune creature, simply has the downside of sacrificing cards in hand to keep it alive.
Eventually it will be whittled down into nothing. but that will take some effort. it can also attack into any creature freely, made Warrior as to help the warrior taunt deck. Stats intentionally left a mana behind due to it having a unique effect. but it is tempting to make it a 2/3 mana minion but at that cost i believe its overpowered. and if the mana cost goes any higher its probably useless.
One problem here. Cards that are Immune cannot be attacked. You can't target them.
Is this actually true? attacking isnt targeting and thus the card can be attacked and the card works. or at least that's how i understood it. The wiki seems to agree with me as i checked that to make sure it worked before submitting it.
Not sure about attacking, I do know that a minion that's immune loses taunt. Well not actually lose it but you can bypass it so there is no reason to attack it.
As much as I hate to say it, as not to discourage anyone else from entering the competition (myself included), but I think we have a winner.
Are you guys saying seriously or are you kidding? This card is very situacional but anyway i don't think the hero power needs to change too, it becomes totally useless.
Well it won't be situational in a Discard specialised deck :) and the hero power changes because being able to play a 5 mana 5/7 Charge that DRAWS you 2 cards, DOUBLE you hand size after playing Deathwing, and deal 4 damage for 1 mana and DRAW a card, there has to be downside of some sort. Furthermore, look on the bright side! You can feed your Molten Giant ;)
Well it's a mistake concerning the mechanics of the games. I think it is allowed. Another possibility is 4/2/X and the minions health is always equal to the amount of cards in your hand. That way it dies automatically when your hand is empty. You could PM the mod to ask if you can edit the card :)
Hmm, both of those seem interesting. I think the mercenary is a little more balanced than the thief - primarily because you could play the thief and then something like Wailing Soul to permanently get rid of the card.
I'm wondering whether or not this would be too strong for the effect. I was going for a 'big risk, big reward' type of effect from this card, but I'm just unsure.
Imagine casting 2xFireball while you discard Pyroblast or just some expensive legendary ; )
@Zekana I wanted to say that this card feels a little too niche, but the more I think of it, the more I realize that this card could actually work as a pretty cool tech card. I suggest just dropping the mana and stats down a couple of notches, so you don't have to wait quite so long to punish those tempo decks. perhaps a 4 mana 3/3?
hm, 4 cost 3/3. it feels interesting but i don't know. i feel like it would be very abusable in mill decks but then again, this would be to prevent future plays and you still have to deal with the minion that is on the board if you use it on your opponent's minion. it may balance itself out. not sure.

Played: Light of a Thousand Moons will descend upon you. Attack: Gall'Mak! (Crushing Wave!) Death: Nazjatar..
Will make mill decks more viable.
Good to counter boring OTK combo decks that pile up cards before dropping Emperor Thaurissan.
Can be good for aggro decks that empty their hands quickly while fighting a control opponent that draw a lot of cards but use few.
Can be combined with a second Tidecaller to reduce hand capacity to 4.
Can be useful in arena against decks that have a lot of card draw, but where you have little, something that often will win your opponent the game.
And all of a sudden Youthful Brewmaster says hello, and both players' hands are down to 1, then you play Vanish and end up with this alone in your hand. Instant win, even vs Justicar'd warrior. Only a priest can then eventually win, if Shadowformed, or a warrior or rogue, if armed prior to this happening. Everyone else face 5 damage per turn and inability to alter the game. And if a card allows instant win, it should be banned out of the game. Also freaking Gang Up makes getting to this condition easier.
I'm wondering whether or not this would be too strong for the effect. I was going for a 'big risk, big reward' type of effect from this card, but I'm just unsure.
This only combos well with Fireball (and Archmage Antonidas) and should you have a Pyroblast or even a Mountain Giant in hand, a fireball can then nail up to 17 damage (11 for giant with 0 other cards in hand). Speak of oneshot. While yes, that old paladin card of "Come on Molten Giant" is about the same gamble, so I guess it's kin dof balanced.
Yea really nice card design, +1! Although have you considered to change the wording as someone suggested to: "Whenever you would discard a card, draw one instead, and vice versa."? I feel like it is more understandable that way. Good luck!
Hey thanks man! Appreciate the support. Yes, I did see that suggestion, but did not modify it as Mannoroth also changes cards AFFECTED by Discard, such as Tiny Knight of Evil or Fist of Jaraxxus, and if I did that wording these cards would still read "Discard", and you would have no way of activating them :D Cheers.
What the hell is going on, I thought I posted my card in the submission thread, now it's gone, not even in my log. When I go through my post history it seems I've posted it in Discussion instead. BUT I'm getting notices whenever a submission is made in the Submission thread, which clearly means I've posted in it, leaving a trace, making me a subscriber to the thread.
Seems like it was moved from the submission thread to discussion, but I got no PM telling me why
Any idea about balancing problems? I'm not sure if this benefits face hunter more or midrange hunter more.
Absolutely love the idea, like Light of the Naaru, it's breathing life into an unused card. I think you overcosted it just a little. I mean, each archer is worth 1, plus another mana for getting the all in one card. But that still leaves two mana for... What? discarding your hand? I guess that's worth a mana, since you archers are proccing effects, but as it stands that would in most cases be 8 mana for 8 damage to face... not exactly ideal. Maybe drop it down a mana? I think 5 would be more reasonable.
I referred to Pyroblast, which deals 10 damage for 10 mana. This one deals 8 damage and is often a game finisher, so I was afraid it would be broken if it can be played at T7. Thanks for the feedback!

As can be seen here:
To draw or not to draw. That's the question.
Or you remove taunt and change text to "When this minion deals damage" instead of "is attacked"
To draw or not to draw. That's the question.

Since you cannot play around such a secret (because you cannot alter your deck or even order of those cards in the deck), this card is deemed bad.
There is a lot of steak here...
Here's mine. :)

rare or epic fit the color better? And would you vote for it?

THERE IS NO GAME.
Maybe 'Battlecry: Discard all Fists of Jaraxxus in your hand' is better.
THERE IS NO GAME.
Hey! This is my first card and i need some feedback :O
Mill! Mill!
Hmm, good card for mill rogue but i think the cost is a bit too expensive, maybe 8 mana 7/6 or 6/7. But i liked!
Maybe... nah nah nah nah
This card is just awesome, awesome card, i loved it. I think all fists of jaraxxus would be very op, one is ok in my opinion
Maybe... nah nah nah nah
Thank you for the feedback, but i post the card in the main thread T_T (i'm new... and not very clever xD)
I put the stats (7/5) for two reasons:
1.- Illidan
2.- I look at the Kidnapper's stats and calculate the stats for my card approximately.
Mill! Mill!
