I always liked the mind games involving secrets where you play cards to check which action is safer to take. Imagining a scenario where we have more rogue secrets, I can see this card punishing such safe play style.
Also, I would like to note that I chose rogue class because I believe it fits better in the concept of making your opponent discard a card
Not sure on the balance but it has the chance to give totem shamans some nice momentum turn 4 in case their early game suffered from removal or was nonexistent. Especially nice if you get one of your big threats too early or have a Harrison/BGH/Kezan against a class that would delegate them to simply being bodies instead of utility.
