Hello. I made my first submission today! Unfortunately, I didn't use Hearthcards, so the text is...well...yeah. Here's the other (hearthcard) version. If I get the okay from the moderator, I'm going to switch out the image.
What do you think?
**EDIT** I realized after I posted the submission that field should be battlefield. It felt wrong to try to edit it so much after the submission. Also, the art is...yeah. The effect though?

You can make small edits for typos and proper wording, you just can't significantly alter the card (like completely changing the effect to something else). If you do decide to edit it, please don't use the gold version.
I've been toying with the idea of a tempo card that disrupts enemy mana pool without destroying crystals. To give it an upper hand against zoo decks, I have also added a potential board clear with a one turn delay that removes itself as well.
Flavor wise, in WOW a Crazed Mana Surge has the Mana Drain and Arcane Nova ability. In addition, WOW-lore describes Mana Surges as magical anomalies that exists with no self preservation with the goal of consuming mana.
Feedback on effect, balance, or wording is much appreciated.
Battlecry: give an enemy hero overload equal to the amount of his minions. At the start of your turn, deal 1 damage to all characters for each overloaded mana crystal.
Please make a HUGE, BOLDED disclaimer right at the start of the Submission page that says "This thread is NOT for discussion. Discussion goes on this(linked) thread."
It amazes me how week after week people still use that thread to comment on other people's submissions. I don't blame them that much, the rule is always lost in the middle of the thread and it doesn't matter it's bolded since a lot of stuff is bolded. Don't overestimate the willingness posters have to actually read the rules, even the people that submit cards break the rules very frequently.
Besides encouraging other people to also use that thread to discuss, further derailing the thread, those posts get deleted later on and mess up the notion people have on wich cards they're competing with for that finalist spot. Since the rules changed, it really matters if that card with a lot of upvotes is in the same page as your card or not.
What if we do it in this way:
The first 20 replies count as the first page, 21 to 40 the second page and so on. It dosen't matter which page you're now in - what matters is only the reply series shown at the right-up of your entry (for example, this reply is now #214, so it would be on the 11th 'page' if it's in the submission topic). Then deleting posts wouldn't bother calculating the upvotes.
I was curious if anyone had any criticism regarding the stats. This is a potentially powerful effect, and I didn't want to make this minion too meaty. Is a 3/4 for 5 too much?
Here is Old Murk-Eye for reference.
Edit: Added "other" to the card text to clarify the effect.
3/4 does seem too good for this card. I think it could even be 2/3.

I saw an entry just like this but it was 2/5 with same cost, i don't think both are playable, very op, that legendary pirate gives your weapon +1+1 and has a "regular" body 5 mana 5/4. This can make your weapon so big i can't imagine. It's a good idea but it would very op

I don't think it is that bad. I has a very strong prerequisite, and it still only puts Murk-Eye in your hand.
I wanted to ask for opinions on my card, its mana cost mainly. It is a very simple but powerful card, that should help with the drawing problems of Midrange and the non-existant Control hunter, two archetypes I like much more than Aggro/SMOrc/whatever.
This card started by translating the Buzzard into something more playable and that fit this week's rules. Buzzard is really overprized, and one of the problems it had in the beginning was that it fed itself. You could play it and another beast, and draw yet another one that, with enough mana, would yield you yet another card. To solve this, I decided a Spell was better suited for this kind of work.
The spell's potential in combos makes me want to overcost it a bit, so initially I prized it at 4 mana. However, if you don't have a Highmane ready to die and another beast in play, or Unleash the Hounds in hand, this could turn out very overcosted. This is why I'm meditating changing its cost to 3. What do you think?
I believe that entry was mine. I was trying to think of how to balance it out going with Frigid Snobold for inspiration. I forgot all about Captain Greenskin. So it should be a Legendary, higher cost, lower stats? How much of that am I allowed to edit? Am I allowed to change that much at all, so long as I don't change the effect of the card?

Giving your weapon attack AND durability is very strong. Maybe it could be changed to only one of the two? I'm not very sure on that.
Imagine for example a turn 3 Muster. You then hero power and he plays a Piloted Shredder next turn. You could Coin out a 2/5 (or 2/6) and turn your knife into a 5/6 weapon. Better than any other weapon in the game! Even with only a Haunted Creeper after trades, you could kill it and for 5 mana, play a 2/5 (roughly 3 mana cost) AND turn your knife into a 3/4 weapon, with Assassin's Blade being a 3/5 for 5. Too much value there.
If you give it durability or attack it is a lot more balanced. In the first example it would turn your knife into a Arcanite Ripper or an Assassin's Blade Lite (1/6). Attack could be more beneficial because of Harrison Jones.
PD: Just saw it is actually 4 mana. Even worse then.

Well, i would put it 5 mana 2/5 Battlecry: Give your weapon +1 attack or +1 durability randomly for each enemy minion. And would still op i think.
Rogue also doesn't usually have a lot of minions on board (except for Defias Ringleader). I included the durability and attack to make it a tempting target for Harrison Jones and his museum-filling heists, but I see how it gets out of hand.
Muster and Piloted Shredder don't help, because it does say friendly minion. Since Rogue doesn't have a lot of board filling ability (except for Defias Brotherhood), I didn't think that would be too bad, and the cost was to make sure it can't be played on curve. If you play it on T4, you get a Harrison Jones next turn. If you play it after that, you gain durability, which means you might not get the value out of the improved dagger if you have to Blade Flurry.
Thank you for the feedback! Always happy to learn more about card creation.

That was a very dumb misread, sorry. It's true that it isn't as overpowered as I thought, but still, with a couple [card]Piloted Shredder/card] and other sticky minions in the deck, this card could create a gigantic weapon with very little mana, taking into account a 2/5 is roughly 3 mana's worth.
@HeWhoWalks89 Yeah, I think that could work, but maybe it's still somewhat unbalanced. Rogues don't have that many way of filling up the board so you are still paying 2,5 mana compared to the body for +2/+2 in most cases. Even still, gaining an Assassin's Blade for cheap along with a minion is so powerful that maybe getting either Attack or Durability would be more easily justified.

Also does this fit with the criteria?
Lol
I think you should cut down on the amount of text. This is just ludicrous.

Remove the "Costs 1 less" part
Hearthpwn Community's Balancing of Cards.
Would it still work for the WCDC if i remove the cost 1 less clause?
